Jan 18th, 22 via their website and simultaneous ph conversation with owner, Martin P****, I ordered a sauna to be delivered and installed at my property in Bailey,  CO. Jan 18, 22 I paid $3,211.00 plus $212.92 tax. For sauna delivery and install to a Bailey,  CO property.      We kept in touch via phone and messages, reiterating the agreement.  I had delays awaiting 811 Dig marking, covid labor and snow delays. We were on same page, they would hold and deliver when prep site was ready. They also had delays, but It was delivered to the MP****S store in Greeley on April 11, 22.     On June 15th-- I messaged and called, to schedule delivery. I repeated calls and FB messages, but got no response.  Their voice mail was always  full.  And only a robot auto response to messages.      They responded June 22nd via FB messages and said they had gotten backed up with deliveries but would get back to me once they could schedule an installer.  Many weeks passed of me trying to get a specific install date and time. But No response until July 6th, in a FB message that they were merging with a hot tub company and were not in control of scheduling any more. They said if I didn't want to continue to wait,  they would refund.  I told them I basically would wait, but NOT indefinitely and they needed to respond and STAY in communication with me.      I reached out multiple times, but never heard from them again. Their website and FB site are all STILL active and able to take new orders.  ****** still lists store in the Greeley mall, as open for reg business hrs.  Aug 18th,  my husband and I drove to the store- found it chained, pad locked, mail piled up on the floor. The store across the hall from them said they had disappeared months ago and other customers were also looking for them. I realized they were not going to give me my sauna and I needed to try to get my money back.

On 02/26/2022, my boyfriend (**** ******) and I purchased a massage chair for $2,499.99 ($500 cash + $1,999.99 on my credit card). We were told we'd be contacted in 1-2 weeks to arrange delivery but that never happened. Over the next 3 months, we periodically contacted the owner, Martin, who kept telling us his delivery of chairs was delayed -- each call he would tell us it would be just one more week. On my last call in May, Martin advised he had sold his massage chair business but was still working to fulfill all his orders so we'd just need to wait one more week. When he did not call back again and I discovered that one of the phone numbers he had given us was no longer in service (************), I returned to his store in the ******* **** on 05/29/22 and advised the woman working that day that I wanted a refund. She advised that she would have Martin call me back the next day but he never did. On 06/18/22, we attempted to call Martin again at 970-825-2881 and received a message that the voicemail was full, so I followed up with a text asking for a return call about my refund. Martin never responded so I again went to the ******* **** on 06/19/22 to speak to Martin about my refund. At that time, I found his store empty and an employee across the hall advised me that Martin had moved out of that space approximately one month prior. At this time I fear he has no intention of returning my $2,499.99 since he has closed his business, shut down several phone numbers and his website (mperrys.com), and has not returned any of my messages. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card on this date; however, only $1,999.99 of the $2,499.99 purchase was charged to my card -- the other $500 was paid in cash.

    Business response

A cashiers check has been sent to this customer for $2,499. We offered to deliver the check in person but they preferred it be sent through the mail. We have followed up asking if they have received it and no response yet.
Our business has not been shut down we have merged with a larger company.
