My engagement ring broke after 36 years and we brought it to the Shane Co. to get fixed. First, while they were inspecting my ring, we were encouraged to browse the store. That should have been my first clue. The sales person came out and proceeds to tell me that my ring cannot be fixed. I was heartbroken. Of course, they recommended we look at other settings. We ended up leaving the Shane company and I cried all the way home. Got a referral from a friend for a jeweler nearby and brought it to them. My ring was fixed and looks as good as the day it was given to me. I do not trust Shane Company and will never return as a customer. I had them tip my prongs on my ring back in 2014 or so I thought. The jeweler that fixed my ring said that the prongs were never tipped. Another strike. I'm done with the scammer. Be aware consumers.Review from Zachary W

I will never shop at the company again. They ruined my ring and had to order me a new one. And when that one came in and was "fixed" no one even called me. They made a bunch of promises that were not kept. Their employees and repair staff are the rudest i have ever dealt with. the managers kept saying she understood what I wanted and she was the reason my ring was destroyed and I had to get a new one. another manager and a sales person made promises that fell thru. And when I called and talked to that sales person she put me on hold and had another employee get on the line and tell me she went to lunch. IN THE MIDDLE of the phone call.! DO NOT shop at the Arapahoe store.Review from James M

I ordered a diamond and blue emerald **** for my late wife's shrine for our 30th anniversary and spent $2600 and got a piece of junk which the emeralds look black. Very disappointed and will never buy anything from this rip off company again!
