These ***s came to fix my plumbing. And when they came to fix my plumbing, we talked to them. They said they're gonna make a little hole in the bedroom. And then they can run the pipe. that to fix the bathroom . So I agreed to that and he said he was gonna fix it and he did. But when we came home, there was pipes coming. Out of the bathroom into the bedroom. I did not give permission for that. Then I confronted them a lot and they said they were gonna fix it. I have them come out again because they didn't finish the outside pipes. It took them a couple months. We didn't have no water last summer. We still don't have water.outside For the outside they have not finished. I do not give them permission to put holes in my wall to put pipes outside which I got told they didn't need to do that I have more pictures. There is holes going up my wall to outside. That brings in cold air and bugs. I have holes all up in my walls. And there was no reason for them to put holes in my wall. I called . I didn't mean to destroy my proper** and put pipes. In a bedroom and holes up in my wall and it does stay on there. No holes and they did asked the *** when he came. Are you going to repair those holes? And then my husband showed him what happened in the bedroom and he said all the old man's lazy. I'll come back and fix that. Because that's not acceptable. Then, when I called to say they're not coming back then it goes. Oh, they're done I said no, they're not said yeah, they're done I said no, the *** told me to my face, he was going to come fix that they said no, you're not I asked if I can confront that *** in front of them at his job and they told me no. There's no more discussion about this issue. I feel they need to come back and fix this job Or have someone else come and fix this job? This house is demolished. I would like for it to be fixed. Thank you. We had to keep calling them cause they forgot to come out. This has been going on for a year and a half please help **

Consolidated plumbing installed propane run wall heater maybe 8 years ago. Had so many problems with it flaring up shutting off. Was told by them it was overheating on windy days as wind kept heat from escaping. After months of begging for solution, they decided to put a new top on the roof to prevent wind from blowing down to no avsil. I called another company who found out the heater never was connected to exhaust pipe through the roof. The fumes were escaping into the attic but on windy days, it was being forced back down into her room. ,Heater was actually shutting off due to high levels of carbon monoxide pouring into room endangering our lives for years. I went into attic took photos on may 8th, showed them to Shelly and begged her to please fix it. She agreed and it's been 2 weeks and not 1 word from them. The heater is in my mom's bedroom and she's been afraid to sleep in there since. She's almost 92 and sleeping on a narrow couch in living room. I don't know what to do? I feel they should come out immediately and fix it at no charge. I just want the problem fixed and it should be fixed immediately.
