I used to be a loyal customer of **********************, but can no longer support this company after a labeling error on their progesterone oil which caused me to get very ill. Their skincare is great, but their founder has no integrity.The bottle of progesterone oil which I received had instructions to take a dropper (3mg). I did what the bottle said, and quickly became seriously sick, so I stopped taking it. I checked their website to see if there was any additional info on it, but because it was a newly launched product they had nothing there. I checked again days later and it finally updated, and to my horror it said 3mg was a DROP. Not a DROPPER. I emailed them immediately, letting them know about the labeling error and how sick I was. I didnt hear from them for days, but within about 24 hours their website changed to say each dropper/drop (one drop of liquid) of their oil is 3mg, as if drop and dropper are synonymous, making this seem like a huge **** covering attempt.After sending a follow up email, I got a response from the owner, apologizing for clarity issues with our bottles instructions, which felt like like she was skirting any responsibility. I wrote a review on her website giving a brief summary of what happened. I decided to myself that if she posted the review and kept it up, I wouldnt pursue this further. To my surprise, she posted it. However, she only kept it up until about a week before Black Friday. Interesting timing.Its been 3 months, and Im still dealing with many debilitating symptoms I never had before. At my sickest due to this incident, I thought I was going to have to have my gallbladder removed since it was in such constant severe pain. I also had labs taken after this, and my thyroid antibodies went from the lowest theyd ever been, to the highest theyd ever been. She also removed me from her email list without my consent.I get that mistakes happen, but the **** covering and review deleting is ridiculous and shows their true colors.
