    I INTERVIEWED AT LENGTH MANY HEATINGF AND AIR COMPANIES, AND THIS OWNER CONVINENCED ME THAT HIS COMPANY WAS THE RIGHT FIRM TO HANDLE MY PROPERTY IN LAKEWOOD. I SPENT 3000 PLUS DOLLARS ON THIS COMPANY AND TRAINED, WALKED AND DISCSSED WHERE THE HEATING UNITS, AIR UNITS, ELECTRICAL BOXES, AND THE ***** PLAN OF THE BUILDING. THATS A LOT OF MONEY TO FRONT AND I WAS PROMISED THAT I WOULD BE SERVED WITH THIS BACKROUND AND KNOWLEDGE AFTER I PAID HIM, THE OWNER.WELL, WHEN WE CALL FOR SERVICE, HE WAS OUT ON VACATION AND WAS NOT TAKING ANY CALLS, CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS COMPANY?? I HAD CALLED 4 TIMES AND THE ***** SAID HE WAS NOT TAKING CALLS AND HAD NO ONE ELSE TO HANDLE THE CALL. THE ***** THEN REFUSED TO TALK TO ME AS I WAS UPSET THAT HE STOLE MONEY AND LEFT US WITH NO OPTION BUT TO FIND SOMEONE TO HANDLE AGAIN TO RETRAIN A VENDER, HE HAD 4 MESSEGE WHEN HE BACK FROM HIS ****, AND STILL FAILED TO CALL ME IN REGARD TO MY PAYMENT FOR REPAIRS AND TRAINING OF MY BUILDING. FOR 2 MONTHS I HAVE ASKED FOR COPIES OF MY PAID INVOICES AND THE ***** SIMPLE DOES NOT RESPOND YET THEY CLAIMED THEY WILL, MY TAXES CANNOT BE DONE AS THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE BACKUP I REQESTED. JUST A FAILED COMPANY.KNOW IM ON THIER MARKETING SYSTEM AND SINCE AFTER OUR COMPLAINT, THEY SEND ME AUTO ADVERTISING AFTER THEY WONT RETURN CALLS. 2/13,2/14,3/4,3,11, ARE AUTO EMAILS ASKING FOR A GOOD RATING, ASKING TO SET A SERVICE APPOINTMENT AND OTHER MARKETING C*** IM REQUESTING THAT THIS COMPANY RETURN THE MONEY OF TIME I SPENT WITH THE **** ON TRAINNING HIM OUR BUILDING, STOP YOUR AUTO ADVERTISING, AND PROVIDED THE INVOICES WE PAID THAT YOU SENT BY EMAIL AND CAN'T RUN A COMPANY NORMALLY.YOUR LIES TO ME, WERE DISTRUCTIVE, AND WHEN WE NEEED YOU FOR SERVICE NO *****, NO EMPLOYEE, NO CONTRACTOR COVER YOUR APSENCE TO YOUR AGREEMENT WITH ME. IM SURE YOUR COMFY AS YOUR NAME STATES, BUT YOU LEAVE CUSTOMERS WITH NO SERVICE, NO RETURN CALLS, AND THEFT OF AGREED MONEY PAID. DONT EVER USE COMFY

    We had worked for **** @ ******************* from January 2022 to  August 2023. During that time our company has been to his office 13 times. Each time a service was provided to either fix or do maintenance on his AC or Furnace units. In which were working in good order when we concluded each appointment. He was very demanding and verbally abusive to our office staff on many occasions. The Owner of Comfy Cave was trying to help him himself and **** was asked to no longer contact the office or any other staff and to call Owner direct if he needed service. The owner was out of town on vacation when **** needed service on his equipment. He kept calling and demanding to get a call from the Owner as the Owners phones were forwarded to the office. He was told the owner was out of State and could not return his phone calls and would call upon return. **** demanded a 4 hour window for a call and service to be done and threatened to **** Comfy Cave has no contract with ******************* and No training was done by **** as he is not a HVAC professional. He did show us where his equipment was located in the building. Comfy Cave at that time let **** know that we would no longer service his equipment and he needed to locate a new HVAC company due to the ongoing abuse on the phone and emails. This communication kept coming and we stopped responding to his emails and communication stopped. A few months later our service that sends out coupons accidently sent him a coupon and contact resumed with phone calls and emails. We would like no further communication with this customer and hope he finds a great HVAC company to service his needs. Thank you  Comfy Cave

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    I'm not abusive, with a request to use my vendor.   We spent numerous hours showing our operational equipment, and the mapping of the building.

    They even say, in the email response, I had to deal with the owner, that was their request and we all agreed, then when I need help, he was out town and refused to even call his customer.   When we have a ******************** emergency and we get no call, after we agreed he would contact us when needed. NO heat in the building and he failed to call or send a person out to cover his little vacation time.   I HAVE DONE TAXES FOR 35 YEARS never LEFT A CLIENT OUT IN THE COLD ever.  Clients are the life blood of your business, and his staff are useless to handle emergency, and clueless to simple business communication. 

    We then asked for or invoices for tax time and they promised to get them to us, WITH NO RESPONCE, we requested twice.

    They then send out ads looking for services knowing they refused to call us, refuse to follow up, refused to send invoices, and sent us coupons.

    Stupid company has no clue as to running a profitable business and will be out of business soon.   The girls at the office don't handle emergency well and need a lazy job like licking stamps or envelopes for a living.  Clearly DO NOT HANDLE THE STRESS OF A BUILDING WITH NO HEAT. They were more about their drama of their office then helping a client, who paid their wages for ******* bucks. 

    This company need to return the money I paid him for reviewing, mapping and the time we spent teaching him where to go for all equipment, all Elec boxes, filters, heaters, air units and the floor plan,  Which was all for nothing as he is gone on vacation, when ***** has swings in temp,  He promised to be the vender and we paid him about *******  and then ghosted the client when in need.  DO YOU KNOW HOW IT FEELS WHEN 15 RENTERS DONT HAVE HEAT IN A COMMERCIAL BUILDING AND THE VENDOR WHO PROMISED TO SERVICE US WENT ON VACATION AND HAD NO BACKUP PLAN AND EVEN WOULD NOT CALL HIS ***** AFTER SPENDING ******* ON TRAINING HIM THE LAYOUT. 

    Incompentent owner using staff that is untrained for customers and send out ads to people they don't work with.   Or get invoices our after agreeing twice to send them.  Worst vendor on our list.  Now off our list. 

     Return the money by this month, or I will take further action to make it right. 

    Your **** caused the entire building stress, and your promise was a lie, and you have no business sense to your customers.
