I could not have imagined a worse experience. Before the contract was signed, the company made all these promises - fixed price for the patio, knowledgeable landscapers, plant care instructions, etc. After the contract was signed, they told me that their estimate was wrong and that they were going to increase the contract price by several thousands for the same work. I wanted to cancel the contract (since they were trying to materially change it and the threatened me with their lawyer and that they would keep my 10% deposit). I was stuck and needed the work done and couldn't lose that money (even though they had changed the contract). They essentially forced me to sign an amendment through threats and bullying and lies. After the work started, their continued to be issues (although nothing could compare to them sticking me with an additional bill after the signed contract). I watched three guys splitting one shovel and kicking roadbase around with their feet because they didn't have basic tools). Workers didn't have water to I supplied a water cooler every morning so the workers didn't get heatstroke and dehydration.Damage was done to my property that they ignored. The landscapers didn't know how to properly plant trees and would have planted them too deep if I had not stopped them. This would have caused the tree to die several years down the road. On top of that, the sprinkler system was not designed properly and I am getting grass dying because there are holes in the coverage. Over half of the plants and ****** died over winter and the company refused to replace them and wanted to charge me more. The landscapers also refused to properly grade around and existing tree, despite repeated attempts to get the appropriate amount of dirt removed. This company is so CROOKED, including ******* their owner. They will tell you lies upon lies until you sign the contract. Then they refuse to deliver on basic service and won't own up to their poor product.

*** project for *********** was completed the summer of 2022. In the history of our company we have never kept anyones deposit nor threaten to do so.  We do use shovels but also have hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment, millions invested in our facility and professionals and craftsmen on our valued teams.
We did make an error by omitting to price and charge ************ for an entire patio costing over $8000.  We built it for her for free because it was our error.  ************ agreed the project looked wonderful upon completion and paid us her balance.  *** care of ************ yard and plants were turned over to her in 2022 and she admitted at the time, she was concerned her many dogs would destroy her new landscape.
*********** contacted us on August 16th, 2023, stating there were plantings which did not survive the past winter. We responded to her email, indicating the warranty for plants outlined in our agreement, covers one growing season of the year the plants were installed, and her plants were no longer under warranty. We offered to assist her in identifying the plants in question and would provide her with a price to purchase and install new plants. She was upset with our response and posted the above review.
We disagree with the statements she has made but genuinely wish her well.   Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to respond and hope anyone reading her review will discern the subtleties of her statement.
