I've hired *** and his crew for several jobs: sod my yard, pour concrete, service the sprinkler system. They always do a great job, very professional and stand by their work.

This is far and away the worst company with whom I have ever done business. I hired them for a simple job: tear down my old, weathered, unsafe deck and build a new one the same size and shape.Day one: every single dimension was wrong the day they sunk the posts. I was at work when they made these changes and I had to get emergency approval from the **** that night, for the new dimensions so that we could continue as planned.Once the job was done, I am hard pressed to find a straight cut or a square joint on this thing. All of the wood is old, weathered and splintered. Not one inch of this thing was even sanded, it was covered in mold and the stairs were different sizes and not supported by anything at all, just some screws driven into the sides, which we're sticking out in some places. Boards shift under every step across the entire deck.I finally got them to come back to deal with the mold and to sand it. They sanded a little bit of it. They said they'd come back to fix the steps the following Wednesday, by Friday I still hadn't heard from them and reached out. They claimed it has snowed on Wednesday (actually it snowed Tuesday morning and was warm and dry Wednesday) They finally came back the following Monday, by which time several steps were loose and part of one had fallen down.They rebuilt the steps the same way. It has been 6 days and the steps are loose again.On top of all of this, these guys had NO respect for my property. They spilled a bag of cement on my lawn, killing a 3 foot strip all along the side of the deck. They completely destroyed my vegetable garden beds. I had asked them to save the skirting that was installed around the deck so I could reinstall it when they were done, but they destroyed most of that, too. I have hundreds of dollars to spend to make my lawn and garden whole and to get more skirting to close the deck in, on top of the fact that I have to hire someone else to come fix this rickety mess.And I still don't have a safe deck.
