This company is unprofessional and dishonest! From their scheduling, contracts, quotes, invoices, business handling and legal actions. I have written other reviews on different platforms that allow longer reviews and provided supporting reasoning for all accusations. This company made have moved my belongings from one property to the next but created more personal stress, physical labor and financial hardship (damaged property, damaged belongings, missing items and having to pay an invoice 4x the quoted amount). I will never use them again, recommend them to anyone and warn any potential customers of the damage they caused me.

******, you and your boyfriend signed the agreement at 9:30pm the night before your move. Yes we discussed this 2 weeks prior but you or **** did not give us addresses ect until the day before. Our trucks were out of town on a big move and we had no choice to rent from Uhaul since our Penske on Kalamath is closed Sundays. Second of all the estimate clearly states In two places that it is a three hour minimum, anything  over the three hours is billed by the 1/2 hour. So with that there is absolutely no dishonesty. We were very clear when we said we did not want to move a hot tub so if you had to go get straps for that hot tub for us to move that is on you we only charged $200 instead of $800 because you had to get straps. That is a $600 discount and straps are less than $100. Your house was not ready to be moved. There were items all over the place that is not our job to pack you. That is an additional service so it took longer because of your disorganization from booking at the last minute to not being ready with items packed up. The communication was poor from the beginning. We never got a hold of you verbally on the phone. You took forever to respond to any text messages. It would take hours for you to get back to usWe offered to send a crew out the following day to move any furniture around your house that you wanted us to. We also discounted the hourly from $280 to $250/hr. So all together you got over $1200 in discounts. We have to put a liens if you dont pay. However we did not complete the filing because you paid us. Your boyfriend told us that he had no problem going back and touching up the rail on the house. You should ask him about that. We have it in a text. Your ex-husband did not have any issues at all. So Im sorry that you had a bad experience in your mind but Rhino Brothers did everything they could to make it right. I will be attaching your signed estimate which states everything in there.
