    I have had my cars and trucks maintenance at ********* Toyota West for years. I have my car maintenance regularly on a six-month basis. The last time I had my car in the shop was in mid-August. In November, my cars heater stopped working. There were no other problems and my car drove fine. I made an appointment. I asked if I should be driving the car. They said if the car was driving fine, it is ok. Come to find out the car had no coolant or little put in the car last time it was service. There were no leaks or signs of overheating. The Car engine was destroyed.

    I had been servicing my 2006 Toyota Tundra with Stevinson Toyota West since 2014. In 2019 I took my Tundra to Stevinson for a drivetrain fluid change. During the winter of 2019/2020 I tried using the 4WD feature of my truck but it did not work. I took it back to Stevinson and they owned up to the fact that their technician had not replaced the fluid in the front differential.They stated that this was their fault and that they would replace the damaged differential with a factory new replacement. I did not receive any paperwork as there was no charge to me.In December of 2023 the front differential failed. I took the Tundra back to Stevinson and they said that the differential would need to be replaced again. This time the demanded that I pay for the full repair. This was at a time when I had no other vehicles and they stated that they would no longer pay for a rental car during repairs.Eventually it was stated that the replacement differential was 'rebuilt' and later that it was a used differential. I am a Vietnam Veteran and Stevinson offered a 10% discount to all Veterans. After much argument Stevinson took another 5% off the charge. Originally they wanted me to pay $5600 and with the discounts I ended up paying $4700. I contacted their corporate owners and was contacted by the Stevinson General Manager who ackowledged that I was owed a financial compensation. We differed on how much. As none of this would have occurred had Stevinson done their job I believe that I should be paying nothing for their lackadaisical performance. I also believe that their initial repair information was willfully misleading.After repairs were completed in 2023 and within the oil change time period my front tire wore excessively. Again I took the truck back to Stevinson who stated that the alignment was a full degree out. I was told that I must have hit a very large pot which never happened.I am filing a case with the Jefferson County Small Claims Court.

    We have given sales at this location multiple chances to sell us a new car. We are loyal Toyota owners, our family has leased 3 times in the last five years and we have always gone elsewhere. I have never been as disrespected as I was today. We were guaranteed that an SR5 qualified for a lease special but once the truck was transferred to their lot, suddenly, they didnt want to honor the lease special. The manager said he didnt need to honor it and wasnt going to. We went through credit check, etc. had car transferred and they basically lied to us. The manager talked disrespectfully to me and treated me like I was trash. We were well qualified and the Toyota website clearly states this vehicle qualified for special as well. Horrible customer service, treats customers like trash, do not attempt to purchase a vehicle here.

    FORGOT TO PUT OIL FILTER IN MY TACOMA!!! I recently decided to take my truck maintenance into my own hands and Im glad I did. I preformed a simple oil change only to open my oil filter container to find NO OIL FILTER. I drove ****** miles with no oil filter because the lack of attention from this dealership. I used to think of ********* as a great business but clearly things are going down hill. Even my safety inspection and maintenance logs did not have tire rotation and oil change checked off. How am I supposed to know that the maintenance was actually done? When I brought this up the response was its internal so the logs are only for us. I gave **** the service manager over a week to figure out a solution only to lose my phone number and causing me to come in person. The solution to this problem they offered is to do another oil change and send the oil in for analysis. This is an extremely lame attempt at proving any solution to this issue as one analysis wont do much, there needs to be multiple tests to compare to see trends. I was extremely patient and kind during this whole process but yall dropped the ball and this review is well deserved. I hope others see this and will open their eyes to the lack of professionalism from all ********* dealerships. If you care about your vehicle DONT take it here.
