Do not use this company. Lied to me about my sewer clean out. Said they could only go 35 feet with the snake and camera and there was a broken pipe. Even showed me a picture. Gave me an estimate of $7,000 to excavate and repair the pipe. I called out another company and they had no issues going past 35 feet infact they went 186 feet. And were nice enough to give me a video showing my pipe at 35 feet and through to 186. I called Roto rooter and told my story to the manager and told her I wanted my $350 back. It wasnt until I said I had a video and the name of the company that was at my house performing clean out services did she say she would credit me back my payment. It seemed to me that I wasnt the first person who had called about being lied to by roto rooter and that this is the way the company works. Do not use this dishonest company! Edit 3/9/22 received a call today from *************** manager of their ****** locations. He did not apologize for what happened to me. He instead told me how long he had known the field supervisor for 20 years and how honest he was. But they are not friends. According to him. When I told him that the picture I was showed was not my pipes he argued with me over and over again, talking over me and upsetting me. When I said I had video from another plumbing company showing there were no issues with my pipes at ***** feet and that what he was saying was not accurate he told me the supervisor was afraid to get his camera stuck. When I said there was nothing there to get stuck on he argued. I told him his company never provided me with a video of the camera work they charged me for. That I was shown an estimate for $7000 to fix my broken pipe, that something is not right and they tried to take advantage of me, He didnt want to give me his full name. He didnt call me to smooth things out. Apparently because I wrote a bad review he had two hours to address it per company policy. 4 other people have contacted me with similar issues with RR.

The worst ripoff going to a 70 year old womans house. Charged $100 to day they couldnt replace a $0.70 washer and needed a $1200 install. I replaced the washer, this company is a total scam
