Bold Brothers Roofing was recommended by our home insurance. **** ******* was very thorough with the insurance adjuster to ensure everything was in order before they started the job. He was very responsive when we had a question. **** was very knowledgeable of the insurance process and best practices for roof installation. The crew arrived on time and they finished the job on schedule. They also did a great job keeping the yard clean. This team was great to work with and our roof looks great.

I am writing to commend the work of Bold Brothers Roofing, which recently replaced all the shingles and other roof parts damaged by hail that hit our house. We are happy customers of Bold **********************, which has performed very well for us. It started and finished the work on time and was very responsive to our questions and easy to work with. One of the owners as well as the scheduler and project manager were in contact with us at various times before, during and after the project to make sure that the work went smoothly and that we were pleased with the work. In addition, Bold Brothers also coordinated with the city inspectors and with our insurance company, and there were no issues with either of them regarding the work.Bold Brothers Roofing Response

* at Bold Brothers took care of us from start to finish. Constant contact, they did everything with the insurance company and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. Very honest, transparent and open. I feel they went above and beyond. This was our first house and they Helped guide us through the process. Very understanding and kind. My sister ****** and I had the privilege of working with **** from Bold Brothers Roofing. **** really went above and beyond to assist us with the complex insurance claim process. His knowledge, expertise and Bold Brothers insurance claim software made the process so much easier. **** also worked with the solar contractor so that our panels could be removed and re-installed. My insurance agent said there were about ****** roof claims in the metro area after last ******* storms, but **** treated us like we were his only customer. Also, during our roof replacement, one of our real estate clients needed a new roof. No problem, **** got right on it and helped my client get her roof replaced before closing, a process that was way more complex than it sounds. We can't say enough good about **** (our Project Manager) and Bold Brothers Roofing. Following a pretty nasty hail storm that wiped out various parts of our house, they were there for us. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient and trustworthy and we mostly just sat back and watched it all happen. **** handled the majority of the communication with the insurance company (the paperwork for this was odious at best!). The roof, gutters, windows and painting were all replaced or repaired by Bold Brothers or their subs and they all did a great job. They cleaned up the site after installation and seemed happy to come back for a couple of touch-**** About all we had to do was to file for a bit of depreciation with the insurance company on a couple of items where we used our own family to complete repairs. This year (2023) a plethora of hailstorms and heavy winds struck the ******** ********* which lead me and many of my neighbors to search for a roof repair company. As a new homeowner I did not know the process and needed to ensure whoever I worked with was someone I could trust. I can honestly say that this was an incredibly positive experience and this is a company you can trust. **** helped walk me through every step of the insurance claim process and fought relentlessly (I mean truly fought for this claim) to get ******* replacement approved. Once approved, **** made sure that the new roof materials matched my current home, that the new roof materials were hail-rated, and that the roof replacement would be completed as soon as possible. I can now trust that ******* will withstand any additional storms without causing internal damage to my home. Bold Brothers Roofing was terrific to work with. They coordinated and streamlined the 3-party conversation and paperwork among our homeowners' insurance provider, us (the homeowners), and themselves and did an excellent job on our roof/gutter/downspout replacement. *********************** and *********************** were very well organized and very good at communication, follow-up, and quality control and always exhibited a positive and courteous attitude.
