  Information displayed (and/or not displayed) on machines is misleading.....In countless ways, it appears this corporation IS TRYING TO DECEIVE AND TAJKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS.Washing machines show an add .25 cents for extra time when it starts..... and several opportunities to add 25 cents for this or that , MOST people (as I did).... this is for an extra rinse that IS what people paY EXTRA FOR.....tight before final rinse another offer to add quarter for that EXTRA rinse....the dryers say NOTHING....... most will tell you if there is a cool down part of cycle time, there's do NOT! apparently if you use a quarter at a time youre wasting your money.... I've PERSONALLY spent dollars in a machine without getting laundry dry before I realized what was going on.

  We are sorry you were disappointed in our pricing.  It is very common and standard for laundries to have Multi-Vend pricing on their washers.  Cold is one cost and for warm or hot water it increases the vend price. It does cost more for us to provide warm or hot water vs cold and that is why we charge different pricing.   The washers also allow for customers to add additional options outside of the normal wash cycle, it is not necessary to accept those options.  As far as the dryers, when inserting a quarter, it tells you the drying time you get for that quarter.  Example - $.25 for 6 min- if you continue to add quarters, the time increases 6 min each time you insert a quarter, we normally see customers insert 3-4 quarters to start knowing they need ***** mins to dry their load.   We do have an attendant on staff at all times that I believe could have explained this, not sure if you reached out to them for help.   We have no issues given you a refund of $2.50 for the misunderstanding you may have had.  Our company strives to provide a very nice, clean, friendly and save environment for our customers and we do not try and take advantage or try to deceive our customers in anyway.

  IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM DOES THE RESPONSE EVEN ADDRESS MY COMPLAINT.....

  THE DRYERS HAVE A COOL DOWN CYCLE WHICH IS NOT SHOWN ON MACHINES.......

  IF YOU PUT A QUARTER IN HALF OF THAT TIME IS COOL DOWN.....

  IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY....

  I DEMAND MY $2.50!!!

  IN ADDITION THE INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE WASHING MACHINES IS VERY MISLEADING.....

  THE GIRL THAT WORKS THERE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY DO!!!  SHE GAVE ME TOTALLY INCORRECT INFORMATION!

  Please send address of where the refund needs to be sent and our Company will issue the refund.  At this point there is nothing more I can explain about the equipment and the way it works.  Our company takes pride in providing a nice laundromat for our customers.

  I am rejecting this response because:The company IS ENGAGING IN DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES!!!
  The LED panel in dryers is set so that it does not display the COOL DOWN CYCLE.  if you put one quarter in at a time the load will take hours and a LOT of quarters to dry.
  The washing machines are worse it says you can add a quarter MANY times during the cycle it is SO misleading the ***** don't even know what they do ..
  There should be a menu posted IN ALL LOCATIONS explaining the very complicated instructions.
  They need to FIX THE PROBLEM, STOP ****** IN DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES!
  AND pay me my conservative estate of amounts I was overcharged $2.50
