    On 7/20/23 I was traveling through Lamar, Colorado as a Travel Nurse looking for a hotel room for the night. I entered the hotel lobby requesting a room for the night. The front desk employee stated I needed to call and make a reservation, which I did right there with her. When she received the reservation she stated I needed to call them back to change the reservation date because it had the wrong date on the reservation. I called them back and told them that the date was incorrect and they needed to change it. They stated they would cancel the reservation but there were no rooms available for that night! I asked why they didnt tell me that to begin with? They cancelled the reservation and I had to drive around town to find another place to stay for the night. A month later they charged my credit card for the hotel room! I tried contacting the hotel directly for months to resolve this issue and every time I called the hotel desk they stated that there was Not a manager in the building! Every day I called there was Never a manager available! They were supposed to call me back and I have Never heard back from Anyone! I contacted the **************** and they stated they could Not help me, to contact the hotel directly, which I have tried! Receiving Rude replies from employees! I asked if they had a video in the Lobby and they said yes. So I requested that they pull up the video to confirm my information! I am requesting my Refund of $111.06 to my credit card. I did exactly what I was told to do by the front desk employee and did not receive services from Wyndham! I can not get any Responses from any Manager or ***************** Please help me resolve this matter. As a First Responder and Front Line Nurse, I have Never received treatment like this while traveling for my work. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

    ****************** walked into the lobby at this Days Inn on July 20th late at night.  She did say she had a reservation to arrive that night.  Her name was not here to arrive.  Her reservation was found to have been made on the night of August 16th for 1 night.  She did go through Expedia.  To make any changes to a third party reservation you have to contact that third party whom the reservation went through.  We at this site don't have ******************'s credit card.  We have a virtual card to charge the room on.  Expedia would have put her on hold and called the hotel.  Since we didn't have any rooms left on the night of July 20th she in her letter to you said that I was rude to her.  She was told proper procedures on how third party reservations with virtual cards are.  Those are only set to charge for the night they are made for.  She has to contact Expedia whom has her credit card for that refund.  Once again this Property Days Inn Lamar in Lamar Colorado does not have her card to charge to even think about to refund it.  Thank You.
