            Met with and discussed project with contractor, Rocky Hart of Rocky Mountain Roofers, Inc., on October 17, 2022. Signed contract and paid deposit of $5000 on estimated $6800 with understanding that project would be completed in next few weeks. Schedule was changed to spring "because of weather." Dozens of phone calls were not returned during late winter and early spring. No response to certified letter. No work was done, no supplies were purchased.
