On March 15, 2023, Better Business Bureau contacted Mountain City Supply regarding an advertising claim found on its website, https://mtncitysupply.net/. Specifically, Mountain City Supply, LLC claims, "We are ramping up our production to meet demand. Currently, we are producing 400,000-500,000 rounds per week of various sizes, with 9MM being our most popular by far. We will be adding more and more rifle calibers over the next few weeks. MCS will continue to carry ammunition from the large manufacturers when we can get it in stock. Until then, we have you covered. We do not set maximum purchase quantities. Nor do we charge you an arm, leg and/or first-born child like some of our competition.”
When reviewing Mountain City Supply, LLC's complaints and customer reviews, we noticed consumers have asserted concerns with product delivery, supply and refunds when product is not received. Consumers allege the payment for the products upon ordering are collected immediately yet the products are never received. When reaching out to Mountain City Supply, LLC requesting a refund they are receiving no response.
Despite written requests, as of June 22, 2023, Mountain City Supply, LLC has failed to respond or modify its advertisements.
