We purchased a building from G.Steel Corp almost two years ago. The building was delivered. The contractor they referred us to on the other hand....Anyhow. We reached out to G.Steel this passed February because our building, although was delivered was still laying on our property. Spoke with ***** on the phone as well as in person, we asked for them to purchase back their product or help ** get a new contractor....it seems that they do NOT care about their customers once their product is delivered. No follow up, no help. They come across as a "hometown " business, which is a lie in the fact that THEY have an office in ********, but they order all buildings from out of state. I would not and could not recommend this company to ANYONE. This whole mess has left such a terrible feeling in ** that we no longer even want this building. I highly recommend doing more due diligence on the company and the contractor(s) they recommend. They come across as used car salesperson (s), slap you on the back with a smile and walk away.

General Steel is always concerned should it learn that a Customer has had issues with their building project, unfortunately ***************** issues were not something that General Steel had any control of. ***************** hired a contractor to erect her steel building and apparently he did not complete the job.  General Steel delivered the building package in February 2022, and it was completely unaware of any issues until one year later. Even if General Steel was made aware of the issues earlier, General Steel would still have no control over the contractor she hired to complete the project. ***************** requested that General Steel provide a contractor referral. General Steel only provided the referral after ***************** agreed in writing that she understood that the referred party was not affiliated with General Steel and after she agreed to do her own due diligence and investigation before she hires any contractor.  

Although General Steel does not necessarily agree with Mrs.******* description of events or how she has defined General Steels behavior.General Steel is and was troubled that she experienced issues with her project.  General Steel does not blame ***************** for being upset,however, it appears her anger is misdirected. General Steel feels that any unflattering review should have been directed towards the contractor and not General Steel, it delivered everything it was contracted to provide. General Steel did offer to help find her another contractor; but ***************** did not want to pay to have another contractor finish the project, she wanted the project completed for free. ***************** also asked General Steel to assist her to try and sell the building and General Steel was not opposed to helping her,however shortly after, General Steel was met with a demand letter from her attorney.
