If you read this before buying your windows from this company, RUN AWAY as fast as you can. I have had problems with this company for not getting all my order delivered to me. I have called many times and they say it is on order. I got a hold of Anlin Window directly and they told me they shipped everything weeks ago. I called ********* and again was lied to again, very dishonest. When you deal with these people be prepared to hear lies and hear about legal issues. I have kept records of when I called them and their answers. Giving them a 1 star is way too generous.Gravina's Window Center of Littleton Response

We have reviewed the complaint from Mr. ******* and are blindsided by his decision to lodge a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. As a company, we hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards and strive for excellent customer service, and for him to accuse us as repeatedly lying is simply false and offensive. Mr. ******* contracted with us on July 30 to provide six Anlin windows and one Anlin door, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 4 6 weeks. We received his product in our warehouse on September 16th and delivered the product to his residence on September 17th. At the time of delivery, Mr. ******* thoroughly inspected all the product with our delivery team, and once he deemed everything was in good order he released the final payment to us. On October 8th, three weeks later, he called our office indicating that he was missing a window screen. It is Anlins policy that any issues with delivery be reported within 10 days of receipt. Despite the fact the Mr. ******* inspected and received his delivery as being in good order, and Anlins timeframe for any issues with the delivery having expired, we simply reordered a window screen without further questioning and absorbed the cost of a new window screen. His window screen was reordered on October 14th and received at our warehouse in early November. We did not realize the screen had been delivered to our warehouse. Once we realized we had in fact received the screen we delivered it to his residence. Certainly, there was an error on our end, however once the oversight was brought to our attention we immediately rectified the error. Mr. ******** complaint is an extreme response to an oversight pertaining to 1 window screen which is, practically speaking, a relatively minor issue. To date, Mr. ******* has received all the product he ordered and at no point was he lied to.Review from Cindy M

We replaced all of our windows last summer (2023) with *******************************************************. The Infinity windows have been outstanding! No air leaks, easy opening, look beautiful and great insulation. The wood look matches our existing floors and baseboards perfectly. Don't expect a 1 day job. The installers & stain crew were meticulous. They averaged about 3 replacements per day (full tear out down to the ******************** and about the same for the stain crew. The installers noticed very small defects in two screens that I never would have noticed and replaced them. While an expensive product, now that we have had them for many months we have no regrets. Get another company to install your windows and doors. The windows and doors are great, but the ******* family stopped communicating with me after i paid my invoice. I had follow up questions about differences in how my two patio doors were installed, and had no luck getting anyone in the office to contact me about the issues. After 7 months of attempted email, text, and phone messages, they finally sent out a team and tried to charge me a trip fee for telling me they wouldn't address the issues. The owner (*********************) called me while his crew was here, and after i calmly explained my position, he hung up on me. I paid ********* over $80,000 and am shocked at the total lack of customer service, when the company touts their "family values" on their site. I have read Mr. ******* review, and I must say he is being much less than forthright. In 2021 and 2022 we contracted with **************** to install replacement windows and doors at his residence. As part of the contracts,we applied interior trim and casing around the perimeter of the openings. In one room there was a shelf above the window and the top casing had to be cut down in height to fit under the shelf. ****************, much later, removed the shelf and called our office to inform us that the casing was miss-cut and needed to be replaced. Never once did he tell us that he removed the shelf. He insinuated that this was an installation error. He also commented that exterior trim was different on the two doors and wanted the trim to match. We scheduled an appointment to go out to make the necessary repairs.
Upon arriving at his house, our installer immediately noticed that the reason the casing was short was because the shelfing had been removed. He explained to **************** that this was not a deficiency in workmanship but caused by the removal of the shelf. He then inspected the doors and discovered that it was not trim that was different but metal flashing. On one of the doors the top of the exterior trim abuts to the eave of the house and did not require flashing and the other had a large wall area above the exterior trim requiring flashing. Again, not an installation defect. **************** demanded that the flashing be painted. Our installer pointed out to **************** that the contract stated in large letters NO EXTERIOR PAINT.
Our installer told **************** to do this work there would be a charge. He argued with our installer,so he called the office to inform me. Our installer told me how the discussion went between the two of them and that he expected Gravinas to do this work at no charge.
I called **************** to discuss the situation. I gave him a price to do the work and he stated that unless we do the work at no charge, he would not have it done. I explained that if he opted not to have the work done, we would need to charge for the trip. He sent an email and stated that he will give me one chance to retract the charge, which I deemed to be a threat to use social media against us. He also wrote that I hung up on him and I emailed back and stated that I absolutely did not hang up on him. I informed him of our charge, and he informed me that we needed to do the work at no charge to him and he had no intention of paying anything for our time and materials and I responded, ok very good and hung up.
This is not an installation error. In fact, in Mr. ******* complaint he claims that the windows and doors are great. Then he states that they finally sent out a team and tried to charge me. In my conversation with ****************, he states several times that we should be doing this work for free because he spent so much money with us. It should be obvious to anyone reading this that **************** was attempting to hold us hostage with his threats to write social media.
Bottom line, **************** is a good customer and we do not want him irritated over a piece of casing and to paint some flashing. Therefore, after he reads this if he would like us to return to his house and fix these two items, we will do this at no charge to him.Review from S A M

We replaced all (20) of the windows in our house. ********* did a fabulous job, from the beginning of the sales process to the final step of washing the windows. The windows are of superb quality and easy to operate. Everything went as we were told it would. The people doing the installation were friendly and professional, and they did a great job keeping things as clean as possible throughout the process. They installed a French door to my patio in one day. The workmen were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and were true craftsmen throughout the entire project. They made sure all the furniture and other areas were protected with plastic sheeting. The cleanup was very through inside and out. I was very pleased with the whole process.Review from John C

Outstanding, I recommend these guys and would use them again. I first met with *********************** in late June 2022 and his quote detail was impressive and price fair. I met with another large window company, not the other *******, and the quote was sloppy and price too high. The ******* detailed quote was important to me because it showed me that *********************** knew what was required to do the job correctly. We had a three day job because we removed a first floor window and replaced it with a ****** sliding French door; there was also facia stone to remove and replace. *** was my primary installer and I'd hire him every time. ***** did the rock work and he's also great. I should mention that ******* of Littleton uses there own employees to do the work, no subcontractors, this was especially important to me after buying a new **** Brothers home that was built by subcontractors only. I should also mention that ***********************, the Project Manager, did a great job scheduling and keeping me informed.
