My feview basically is a copy of the others listed before me. This company obviously does this regularly. I purchased a ****** murano from them and the check engine light came on just days after. They cleared the codes long enough to get me out of the lot. After going back and forth to their "mechanic" and them "fixing" the problem AND me paying each time for the visits, I finally went to ****** mechanic and they told me the work that Frontline said they did was ABSOLUTELY NOT DONE and they wrote up statements for me and everything. Frontline could NOT give me ANYTHING in regards to the work they said was done to the car. There is a lot of details in between of course 1 example is me ending up on the side of i25 with my 8 month old for 2 hours cause the car came to an ABRUPT hault and died on i25 in typical traffic... but basically the ****** needed a new transmission. They knew this from the get go. What really ****** me off is that I was walking into the building to sign papers on a different car when the manager or whatever he calls himself intercepts us and brings up the ****** and what a great car and deal this is and great condition and all the ******** he spewed. Talked me into the ****** last minute to get it off their lot. Idk how they sleep well at night knowing they scam people outright lying. I've already steered 2 potential victims from this place who seriosuly intended on checking this place out and got actual decent and honest service so i hope this post can save others from a lot of headache and money lost.

Just like the other complaints left here I feel frontline is shady and DOES NOT put cars on the lot in good working order. One week after purchasing a car here the check engine light came on and I contacted the car lot who had me bring the car in. Prior to taking the car back to them I had an auto to shop put an OCD on it and it came back catalytic converters problems. When I took the car in they simply put an additive in the gas, turned off the check engine light and told me to drive it!! I did this and the light stayed off for a week when I called them back they were not willing to do anything. The extended warranty I purchased through them also would not cover the catalytic converter so I had to pay over $3,000 to have a new one put in!!!! I know they were well aware of the issues this car had when they placed this car on the lot and simply didnt care. I think this business is shady and they knowingly put cars on the lot with major problems that are covered up. I asked if I could take it to have a mechanic look at it before buying it I was told NO as a female buying a car this should have been a red flag for me and in the future it definitely will make me walk out. Beware if you purchase a car from them frontline is less than honest and upfront and will take advantage of anyone they can AND IN ADDITION TO THEY ARE PART OF THE REASON USED CAR LOTS GET A BAD NAME!!

On 6-24-2021, over a year ago, ******** traded in a 2017 *** with ****** miles on it for a 2006 with ******* on it and received a check back to her for appx. $10k. The vehicle had a current emissions at the time of purchase and exhibited no problems. ********, as every customer does, had the option to do a pre purchase inspection if she desired, however, that was never a condition required by her before purchase. By her own admission, when she had a problem, Frontline tried to help her out. The fact that she had an issue again was not due to anything we did, but arose due to the age of the vehicle and apparently a part that failed. We have no way of knowing if or when that will happen, nor does she or anyone else. We offer all of our customers access to our dealer discounts for any parts, service or accessories, if the desire. Her insinuation that Frontline did something nefarious or underhanded is simply not true. It is unfortunate she has had issues with her vehicle, but she was treated fairly and honestly by us. If ******** has or had issues with her vehicle, we are always available to help in any way possible, however, we have not heard from her until receiving this complaint.

I did indeed contact frontline when my check engine light came on 1 week after purchasing. Also, I did ask ******* to take the car to have a mechanic check it out prior to buying, because as a female I am NOT knowledgeable about the engine and such. ******* told me NO I could NOT take it to have it looked at, again this should have been a red flag for me. I left town for 5 months and the vehicle sat without being driven. Upon my return when I went to drive it the check engine light was on and made a terrible noise so I took it to the mechanic who diagnosed it as needing a new catalytic converter. The car sat for another 2 months until I could get up the $3000 to replace the catalytic converter. The same code as when I took it to frontline and they put the additive in the gas. I should have insisted frontline do something when it came back on after the additive was put in. A catalytic converter doesnt just go bad in 1 day. I had taken the car to get the emissions test done and it wouldnt pass, I told this to the owner who said it didnt need emissions done because they had it done.

Unfortunately I'm almost equally as disappointed in myself as this unethical dealership. For not trusting the multiple bad reviews, as well as my common sense before buying. I just thought I'd take a chance with outrageous gas prices, and the vehicle being a Hybrid. I purchased a 2013 ******* Sonata with just over ******* miles. ****** clean and no big cosmetic flaws or damage. And seeming mechanically sound. I thought at the time the asking price of $9995 was fair, being a Hybrid. Even being the base model. After leaving the dealership, I didn't even get home before noticing a chirp in a drive belt pulley or tensioner. As well as the strong smell of coolant. I also had buyers remorse after seeing comparable cars at an equal or lower price, which included dealer handling fees & a thorough prior inspection. Neither of which this dealer offers. Knowing the hassle and frugal / shady practices of their included third party limited warranty, I was apprehensive about the thought of having to deal with that & the potential extra costs. (Especially for a newly purchased car. They wouldn't entertain the sincere request to return the vehicle, although I understand contractually (not their policy.) However, any company with integrity would be a little less dismissive in these circumstances. They did however offer to let me trade the car in, for something different after about a month. Wow! Can I please acquire more debt after becoming grossly upside down in equity? No thanks. Quite belittling. My next move is reluctantly playing the third party warranty game. I'll be cautiously optimistic. Wish me luck! Please beware of these people, and be a smarter consumer than myself.

**** simply had a case of buyer's remorse. The vehicle had no issues.
