In March 2024 I have been extremely took advantage of as a female from this company Sprinkler used cars sales in ***********. My husband said that the vehicle has engine problems . I told Sprinkler used car sales team that I didn't want the truck . They ignored me and never supported or tried to help me. I Put 4000 down payment. My husband took the truck for a inspection to a mechanic shop .they said that the truck needed lots of work. Suspension work was 2000 that i paid . Sprinkler has been working on the truck for weeks since August 13 2024. They are having problems and they have no final outcome. The warranty company paid them 4000. No car rental from sprinkler. My husband has been riding his motorcycle and I am using his suv. No fincal reimbursement for my car payments or insurance. The next payment is going to total 1100. 3 months with no vehicle, no correction of mechanical issues. Sprinkler don't want to pay King GMC to fix the issue with the engine. Sprinkler can not resolve the engine problem. As a lady I feel taken advantage of all the way around. They took my money. The lemon law doesn't support any vehicle over 5 years old. So now I have to pay for a lawyer to help me file legal matter against sprinkler used car sales. Luckily I am not a single woman raising children. with no vehicle that I am paying for that I'm not utilizing. I want this matter resolved with out any additional financial burden in my life. Eather pay to get the work done correctly or take back the vehicle and reimburse me financially, ***** and pay off the loan. So I can move forward with my life and look for a reliable vehicle at a quififed dealership. Any legal team that wants to get involved with this matter to support me please contact me, The problem solvers team from the local news will look in to this matter to help me resolve this situation. I didn't think that this needed to happen, but unfortunately it's not good business to take advantage of females. No call backs

I am sorry you are having problems ******* *********. Used cars can be a headache from time to time. Good news, is that you have a valid warranty in place. We have been working non stop trying to get your truck back to you. After purchase, you brought the truck in for lifter noise. We replaced cam shaft, lifters and head gasket set. All this work was approved by your warranty company. Upon assembly, 3 head bolts stripped from the block and required a special time-sert set. This set took a long time to get due to back order. After we received set, your truck was assembled. After assembly, the truck threw a code for p0106. This code is for a map sensor. We then replaced map sensor and connector per dealer diagnostic from **** ******* ****** Check engine light has since came back on for the same code. We have receipts of all work conducted. We have since sent the truck back to **** ******* ***** for diagnostic. They have determined that it is something internal and that the vehicle needs torn down again. We are in the process of tear down as we speak. More diagnositc work to come. Regarding loaner vehicle, you could have and should reach out to your warranty company. Your company is First Extended and there phone number is **************. They can get you a rental car until your truck is completed. We are going to make this right. If we have to install a re manufactured motor, I will. No deductible will be collected in this case due to inconvenience. Thanks, ****** ******* ************

I am rejecting this response because: The only. Problem is that your company did not take this truck in with courtesy and with presence of urgency. The service manager told my husband 7 weeks ago that there were other vehicles and projects that needed to be completed first.  When they got to it, they would.  My husband has checked on the vehicle and it was not in the garage being worked on. It was definitely sitting on the side. If they don't want to attend to working on it , why don't you just replace the engine. since you already tore it down once and put it back together. It threw a code. Or  pay for the ** dealer to correct the issue?  Why keep dragging this matter on. I've already tried to contact you for weeks with no responses until now.

    Sincerely,

    ******* *********

Hours after picking up the truck the check engine light came back on. Last time this happened was on september 12th, 2024. 7 weeks later , October 30th , 2024 there still are deficiencies going on with the vehicle.  After your technician has worked on this vehicle.  Looking At both of the documents side by side still have three of the same codes. How can sprinkler correct this issue In a timely matter Without keeping the vehicle for months. We first delivered to vehicle to you in august 2024. We just received it hours ago October 30th 2024. Please provide explanation Maroone GMC stated to me they'd be willing to fix the 2013 GMC but Sprinkler Denied the mechanic services and did not want to pay for Maroone GMC to correct the issues, Sprinkler only wanted Maroone GMC to diagnose the 2013 GMC and sprinkler would work on the vehicle.  Please provide explanation I have a qualified certified mechanic shop that stated disamount of work could have be completed within 40 hours or less.  Please provide explanation. Please contact me with corrective action moving forward.  ***** dropped off miles August ************* pick upped miles October 30 2024 344 miles added under sprinkler used car. This warranty is taken away from the ownership by sprinkler used. How can she retrieve this? Discrepancies still exist? Don't understand what the service difference is between the two invoices. The original one on August 12, 2024 amount *******. October 30 presentation for ******* with the August 12 2024 date? ****** difference, why Non of this makes sense to my wife and I am trying to support her. This is not a used car problem. We have purchased 9 over our life time and we never had any problems with them vehicles. until my wife did business with Sprinkler used cars. How much longer will this continue. No returned calls from any one that I've spoken to in the office , 4 different staff. I've left messages for the ownership to contact me regarding this, no call back

    Desired Outcome:
Replace the engine with a create engine. You have torn down the engine twice with no resolution. The engine problem was sold this way, that's why sprinkler Insisted on warranty. It should of never been sold with Discrepancies.

Your warranty is with ******************************** They require you to bring the vehicle back to the selling dealer for any warranty work to be completed. This is their requirement and stated in your form that you signed. Our service manager, ***** is aware of recent service light occurrence and has actually spoke to you about it already. I hear it is for an O2 sensor. ***** has it ordered the O2 sensor free of charge for you. We will also install it for you. All you have paid is $200 towards your repairs. Complaint: 22434241

I am rejecting this response because: There are codes still there that were there back in  september 12th.  The *** company stated that there was bad sensors or bad connectors. ***** refused to have them correct the issue because supposedly your team was going to correct this issue and the *** company was expensive.Gmc told me that they wanted to fixit. A Local automotive repair shop said that it can  be fixed within 60 minutes, All the work that was done could have been done within 40 hours or less. You had the truck sense August *** repairs are still not made to 100% complete How's did you put over 350 miles on the vehicle. Suddenly my truck is needing a oil change. Why was trash left in the vehicle from your staff. All I want is a safe vehicle to travel my children In to school. The truck will not pass Emissions. Was or is it safe to drive. I would like honestly, integrity and value from your company. I tried reaching out to you over a month ago and you never returned to my call. This is uethical on the sprinkler ownership since this is a simple fix. I am not leaving the vehicle with your staff. The oxygen sensor is about a twenty minute window repair. Sounds like the money thing is your deal, not mine. If repairs is to be made by your company ,  make the repairs complete.
    Sincerely,

All bad sensors and connections that were recommended by dealer to be repaired were in fact repaired by us. We completed all repairs that you state we didnt. Your vehicle was here so long because diagnostic work took time and delivery of parts took longer than normal. Your vehicle had more miles because it had to be road tested for diagnostic and road tested after repairs to make sure check engine light did not come back on. Due to mileage increase, we would love to help you out with a free oil change. All repairs have been completed and paid in full by your warranty company. After completing repairs, your husband had called us regarding the check engine light coming back on due to an 02 sensor. We ordered one asap once we talked to him. Once we got 02 sensor in, we had called him to bring truck by for free install. He then informed us he didnt want to bring us the truck to install 02 sensor. He stated it was an easy repair he would do himself. I am confused? We have 02 sensor here at our dealership still. We just need your truck to be able to install free of charge. We can also do your free oil change at this time if you would like. Your truck passed emissions when you bought it. You have the passed e test and you have  license plates on your truck. As far as our communication goes, our service manager ***** has had constant communication sense the beginning of this warranty claim. He even calls ***** on his personal cell phone after hours to discuss warranty work. Please talk with your husband and see when a good time would be to drop off your truck for help. Please let ***** know when a good time would be. We will cater to you. Thank you!

    Complaint: 22434241

I am rejecting this response because: on September 12 ***** I had to check it check engine light on and when I got the reading it's not ready for emissions at that time added faulty lifter valve a code of Po106 code ofC0561-71 code of c1100-00 code of U0100-00  code of u0101-00 code of U *******, you did fix the lifter and manifold pressure sensor.

October 30 2024 -hours after receiving this vehicle check engine light appeared oxygen sensor on bank 2, P015B, P3400, c0561-71, C0899-00, C1100-00, U0100-00, U0101-00, again not ready for emissions.

6 weeks later still have check engine light with codes not resolved still not ready for emissions. This should of been resolved prior to returning the vehicle. I will let you replace the o2 sensor while my husband waits. I will pay the *** dealership to fix the codes. But when I dropped off the vehicle in in August it had no engine light codes besides the faulty lifters. can you please explain this. Why wasn't it corrected and why additional codes.

    Sincerely,

We have been in contact with your husband and had an appointment set up for him to bring in the vehicle to replace the o2 sensor on Monday, November 11th at 10:00 am in which he failed to show up for nor call to say he wouldnt be making his appointment. We had discussed on phone that we would scan the vehicle while he was here to address other codes that might have shown up. However, it is hard to help when the customer doesnt show up for his appointment to address these issues hes having. We will gladly set up another appointment for you guys if you would like to. Please call ***** at ************. We cant help without having the truck here.

    Complaint: 22434241

I am rejecting this response because: you keep saying the same thing over and over. Used Cars have problems. Just like I was recently told that the battery was not intended for that truck. This truck was sold with the battery that's in it still. This needs me to think that you guys never inspect the vehicles prior to them going out. Obviously this truck had issues when it was traded in at your lot. All this work should be completed prior to you selling it.  The problematic issue is that now the truck has engine codes. That were never there. The truck came in for a lifter noise, Obviously the truck wasn't ready to be returned. Not completeing your service 100% before returning the vehicle to the customer is considerex unsatisfactory.  Holding the vehicle for 90 days, All work and all codes should have been completed prior to being released. Local parts at a local auto parts store was not complicated to be received in a timely manner. Installing them in a timely matter that's a different subject. Like your service manager ***** told my husband that he had other vehicles that were in line and priority before mine. I consider that being poor management. Any vehicle in your service line should be considered high priority with the turn around in a timely manner for the customer. 100% completed for all your vehicles in your service line. Rules to live by- There is joy in work. There is no happiness except in the realization that we have accomplished something, take pride in your work!
    Sincerely,
