***** created a repair estimate without parts personal help, put an entire DEF reservoir for replacement over just the line which was the only thing that was damnaged. He then claimed to of check the parts diagram, and the line doesn't come separate. While my fiance and I stood at his desk to verify for the 2nd time after he supposedly checked with parts in our prior phone call.Due his negligence my vehicle was deemed a total loss. hardships that have come from this situation are something I never fathomed.Technician that inspected my vehicle, did so on his last day before retirement.***** fabricated his efforts, knowledge and padded an estimate to insurnace. He asked since I also work with a dealer if we could trade 5 star ********** finance spoke with the general manager who basically told us they did nothing wrong we were trying to capsize off an honest mistake. A mistake they admitted was their fault, a mistake that wouldnt have happen had parts personal been involved in the parts rather than an advisor putting togther a parts list. A mistake that MINIMUM 3 opportunities for corrected. Due to his mistake my vehicle is a TOTAL LOSS,a vehicle that was low milage, reliable, extremely well maintained and more than half way paid off. This dealer has made no efforts in trying to reprimand a terrible domino effect they caused. The general manager herself admits a mistake was made on their part, causing my vehicle to be totaled when it, when it could have been fixed. The entire time my vehicle with ***** he wouldn't quit bantering me about the parts manager wanting to buy my vehicle.I'm attempting to figure out this situation for the first time in my life,I also had to deal with someone repeatedly bantering me about selling my vehicle bantered to the point of being so frustrated I had to tell ***** My vehicle is there to be fixed not sold and if it is a total loss and buy back is an option I will be the first one with that opportunity.Tell your parts manager the vehicle is mine

*******, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have looked into this issue extensively with our team, and we feel there has been a misunderstanding. The vehicle was towed to our facility on 9/18 with the repair order written the same day for the concerns the car was rear-ended and multiple fault indicator lights on the dash. The estimate was written on 9/19 for the rear bumper, associated parts, and DEF tank as there was damage to the valve hanging from the rear portion behind the rear bumper. Based on our records, in the next few weeks, there were multiple calls with you and the Service Advisor, ***** going through options until the car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company on 10/18. We believe the breakdown occurred at this point. The insurance made this decision based on the photos provided and without an adjuster ever inspecting the vehicle. On 10/25 you and your fiance came to the dealership to clean out the vehicle and informed our team the total loss paperwork was signed with the insurance company. Since signing the insurance paperwork your fiance, ******, who works at a dealership presented the idea the valve attached to the DEF was available separately from the tank. He felt that the cost of the tank alone resulted in the vehicle being totaled. Our Service Director, ******* *******, at this time, inspected the car himself and agreed. ******* and ****** spoke with our General Manager, *** ******* about options and our team genuinely tried to make this right. Unfortunately, it just came down to the insurance company totaling the vehicle without sending an adjuster, and the total loss paperwork was signed. Once this happened the issue is out of our hands and with the insurance company. We understand your frustration and we want to assure you none of this was done with malice or malpractice. We pride ourselves on putting our guests first and, we want everyone to leave our dealership happy. We are here to assist you in any way we can as long as the tone remains professional. We wish you the best and feel free to reach out if you need anything from our team. -The BMW of Loveland Team

I owned and bought three BMWs from COs (and brought my E46 M3 for service religiously to, for service) - thats a 15+ year relationship, but I will never, ever, recommend them again after my latest experience. Do not go to any of these dealerships (Elway), if you expect to be treated as a valued customer.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand you have been in communication with our General Manager, ********************* discussing your M3. We understand since trading in your M3 on 02/21/23 there has been feelings of regret, however, you signed and agreed to the Trade-In Value provided by our team almost a year ago. We assure you our number one priority at the Elway Dealerships is customer service and going above and beyond to make each experience exceptional. We sincerely feel we have tried our best to handle the situation with understanding and compassion. At this point, we wish you well going forward and we would be happy to discuss the situation further in person.

I recently purchased a very expensive vehicle from BMW of Loveland. They delivered it to my address due to scheduling difficulties, however, when i requested the registration to the car, the employee was not sure where it was and flippantly asserted that i did not have to have the physical copy. I called the dealership and requested that they please email me asap and they promised they would do it immediately. However, even after 3 days of request, the dealer did not find it important to fulfill my request, which i felt was unprofessional and detrimental to my safety. I finally received it after multiple emails i had to send. In addition, the dealership failed to set the car's electronic systems. I called the dealership's genius to help and left multiple voicemails with no return of calls. I finally called the dealer informing him of how no one has assisted me with the setup and he promised he would have another one of the genius reach out and assist. To this day, no one has communicated and assisted me in the car setup, to a point I have had to ****** how to setup the car myself, and mind you this is an $86,000 vehicle. I feel this business has no professional courtesy and feels the customer is not critical to their operation once a deal is carried out. They are unprofessional, aloof, and completely disconnected with who their customers are and if they are satisfied on how they have been. To this day, i have not received a single communication from this dealership on how my experience has been until i had to reach out to the manager and inform him of how his business behaves. The experience has been so damaging, i will no longer purchase a *** and will NEVER EVER do business with them or have any of my family members or friends have any contact with them.
