5/16/2023 roofing company hired another company to bring in supplies the trucks torn up.and destroyed my driveway I was not advised this may happen and did not sign anything agreeing to damage. Also, attached, is company saying they would have it repaired. And has since withdrawn offer. Trying to resolve prior to law suit or Claim against his insurance

Pat Barrett. American Roofing is the one that delivered the materials. The driveway was in horrible condition before the delivery of the materials. It's between her and American Roofing supply. The 2 entities dealt with it themselves . Barrett Roofing has nothing to do with what American Roofing supply does on their delivery"s. This is a ridiculous claim. American Roofing has pictures of driveway prior to delivery. Driveway was shot prior to delivery.Customer response

as you can see this is not a bad filing here in the written correspondence from barrett he more than once said he or the roofing company would fix driveway he himself admits to seeing where the truck pushed in my driveway he even asked me what was fair for the driveway estimate was approximately ******* i fell barrett should be responsible for half of that also they won't even provide their insurance company information to me i admit i had some damage but they destroyed they entire driveway i also asked for the before pictures they say they have but never provided but i have before pictures and can clearly prove they destroyed my entire drive they are liable atleat for half and i'm attempting to resolve through this unless i am forced to take court proceedingsCustomer response

Please post that after taking responsibility on text and admitting there was damage, and after texting he would give me money towards it, and saying they would handle the driveway he then told BBB that he was not responsible as well as said he put a note on my door asking me to remove the BBB report which leads me to believe he will not answer to this anymore.
I am looking for Barrett Roofimg to pay atleast half of not more of my estimate.

Barrett roofing services has stood up for the homeowner all the way through this situation. And today, 12-14-23 there is a new driveway being installed. It appears the supplier finally resolved this matter. Amen.

I am rejecting this response because:SLS stepped up after I emailed them as I was going to file in small claims. Mr. ********************** did nothing to help resolve this. Also as I have a new driveway he did not know how it was paid for. As you can tell by his prior responses he felt that no one should have had to pay anything in my driveway. This was an uphill battle in which he nor the actuall place that cause the damage cared. If I had not delt with the main company SLS i would still be battling this. So Mr. ********************** although no longer financially obligated to pay for the driveway has made it harder and again has NOT done anything to help me get a driveway. Also he has now assumed I could not of replaced it, I could and did pay some but fortunately SLS actually cared and helped pay. I would ask this stays up so others can see how he really is. If not please notify me and I will post elsewhere. The stress this has caused me is un measurable in dollars and cents and no one else should think he would stand up for them. He stated in this site that no one should have to pay any due to prior damage, does that sound helpful? One more time I will reintegrate that he did not help or work with us or SLS to get this taken care of.
