Bruin is pure TRASH. They advertise "utmost service; reliability and loyalty to customers on a daily basis...work to ensure that all of our customers' needs are met as well while staying honest to our values as a company; We believe that honesty is the key to success and work to ensure that we uphold commitments that we have made with our customers, communities, and other companies; aim to reflect professionalism and excellence in everything we do here." Pure Bovine Scatology (B.S.). Everything they did with the following experience is counter to what they advertise. They called and said they would drop off a 95-gallon container. I told them I do not have room for it inside my garage or outside (we get 80 mph winds frequently). She said she would make a notation that I do not want it, and I said I will continue putting out my bags. She said, "Yes." The FILTHY, huge 95-gallon bin was in my driveway a few days later. I called and left a message and wrote two e-mails, but had to call again. I was told the bin is a "requirement." So I cancelled. Then I was told that there is generally a $7 charge for the bin, but that they were not adding that on to my bill. ***, thanks for not charging me for something I said I didn't want in the first place. "Wanna bet" it would have been added on eventually? This situation reflects not poor, but horrible management and a complete lack of integrity, in spite of all the self-aggrandizing on their web site. As I said, "Pure Trash." They really deserve a negative star review.

Bruin Waste Management I have always liked my my trash man, on time, efficient and respectful. However my service has changed. This company is no longer on time, non communitive about issues or changes, and only one out of the two men work which is disrespectful. This is upsetting as I have a child that was able to say hello to her idol before I had to take her to preschool. I don't understand how it went from good service for at least the last three years to I wonder if I should not write the BBB for the down fall in service. Do your workers get compensated for others not working. Do your employees get paid to be on time, or is it just any time that they feel now? I still really like the trash man I do have, but the rest is, to put it plainly, really bad. If I could change **************** I would. I hope the trashman that does do his job gets a raise for doing the work of two, and has a manager step up and say that they will fix it and do it right.Respectfully.......This is the schedule on your site. And at the top of your page it reads that you are honest. I don't see the honesty. I see a company that cant get it together and cant abide by their own schedule or rules. I bet anything that they wont fix it and will continue to lie to their customers. How shameful. Your poor employees, I can't believe you could do this kind of unfair things to them. Truly shameful. I can tell just by the reviews that this company jerks you around and has no integrity. Do you care about your company and your employees? And don't forget that your ratings explain your lack of anything.
