Hear me out, this is hilarious. Worst car buying experience of my life, and I've had plenty. I purchased a car from them on 3/4/22, but they wouldn't let me take it home until they fixed some items. We still went through ALL the endless waiting and paperwork though: approved for financing, big cash chunk down, sign here sign there, opened an account, etc.Apparently, AutoNation 104 sells cars that havent even been inspected yet. Why? I asked what specifically was wrong because Id rather they reduce the purchase price so I can buy the parts I want and fix it myself. We can even put it in writing if they feel better, idk. **** said the catalytic converters were bad. Frustrated, I called and spoke with *** who then told me the turbos were bad, but OK.. No one seems to know anything. No one had the courtesy or decency to keep me updated for 2 weeks? I have been waiting, excited to take delivery of this vehicle. This was a hard hit on my credit. I even bought into their little warranty option packages. I thought everyone was happy with this deal. The fact that I had to initiate contact is a Red Flag for this dealership. How long would I have been in the dark if I didnt call? And now what? What about all the hassle I went through sitting waiting in the lobby for hours, then signing all the paperwork for purchase. I was serious, and I didnt want someone else to buy this vehicle. The message Im getting is more or less, Sorry dude, get lost, dont tell me how to do my job, cant sell you a car with problems (even though dealers do it ALL the time) and no we cant negotiate price based on mechanical needs or condition. What a load. Sadly, it seems I'm not alone in having this experience based on the some reviews I'm seeing. I'm going to go back and read more of them now. Update: Manager did call me and apologize. At first he had an aggressive "what's your problem?" attitude. It sorta calmed down by the end. Just a shame all around :(

Never in my life have I encountered such negligence and laziness from not just one employee, but multiple parties of the Management team. This all began as a pleasant experience, & quickly turned into a nightmare, which I am still in. I purchased my car 2 months ago, to the day, (or the day they used for my contract, a good 5 days before I paid & signed.) Neither I nor my lien provider, has received a copy of the title. I can't register my car, & no one will return my calls or emails. The day I received my car the tire was about flat, the intake cover was missing from their last service, and after multiple test drives, miraculously, the mileage they typed on the report hadn't changed from the original listing! It was clear this was done to ***** out of the limited warranty. I also love how they chanted the Autonation name and status as if I should be so grateful to be doing business with them. The Manager himself said this to me when I asked for a copy of the contract that was more detailed, with the percentage breakdowns. You know, the one that by law we are entitled to, as is stated on the used car buyer's **** of Rights. This was when I was putting just the first 3k down. I put down 9k total on a 14k car, over half. Hey, it's no Tesla, but those guys should have been rolling out the red carpet for me! Yet here I am, out of state, no copy of my title, no limited warranty, and a car in desperate need of repairs. Not one person over there is a stand-up individual, and I am convinced not even a human being, as they cower under the direction of their bitter, narcissistic manager, I wonder, who will be their next victim? People like that rarely improve, and there's no doubt in my mind why they felt they could treat me this way. Perhaps I'll have that body part in another life. For now, I'll just let people know the way this store is run, as well as, draw attention to the fact that Autonation has no contingencies in place to prevent this sort of behavior. Real nice.
