    Very torn on writing about our experience as they made a great first impression, but that went downhill after having to bring our Jeep back. Pro: Free Service Diagnostic, Katrina is nice, and they offer complimentary Uber transport. Cons: They weren’t able to fix my vehicle after spending $4k with them and weren’t able to answer any questions following the new diagnostic. I brought the vehicle in Sept 25th for check engine light for cylinder 6 misfire. We stated we already replaced spark plugs and coil packs. They claimed to have done a compression test and leak down. We were told the car needed a new fuel injector. We approved it. They then told us that it wasn’t the fuel injector but the PCM. So we replaced that. We picked up our car the evening of Sept 27th. The check engine light came back on for engine misfire in cylinder 6 on the 28th. Brought it back the 30th. Waited all day and didn’t hear anything. Called Oct 1st in the morning and was told by Justin it had a cylinder 6 misfire. I explained we already knew that and were brining the car back after being repaired. Justin stated he wasn’t there last week so he did not know that. I suppose their team doesn’t communicate with each other or have notes on each vehicle. He said okay let me look into it. Oct 2nd, Justin calls back and states the car needed a new head gasket at $5300. We asked why this wasn’t caught in the original testing and. why we paid for a fuel injector if the diagnostic(picture attached) is showing there was no issue. Justin was unable to answer these questions and stated he would talk to his mechanic and get back to us. We never heard back and decided to just retrieve our vehicle as we had lost all trust. Now we are at the dealership to sell the vehicle and it has 20 more codes than when brining it in. Justin never called following up about the vehicle rather texted saying our vehicle was ready for pick up.

    Parker four wheel wanted my truck ***** thing monday morning and had it there like they asked did not complete the est till tuesday 430 then told me i had to pay half down after i had just 6 months ago gave ***** to do the repairs on another thuck i had and now they wanted half the money down to even start the repair my truck needed and it was only 3700 and they sent me the link for docc u sign for payment and they recived the payment before end of business day on tuesday and spoke to ****** the advisor and i asked when it might be done i needed it by friday for work Called friday morning to go pick it up and ****** told me they had not reiceved the docc u sign and i got the email back tuesday night saying docc u sign was completed and done so we went to parker four wheel to see what was going on they pulled it right up and they recieved it tuesday and told me they had the parts and were waiting on the half down and they they did not have the part Then i asked to speak with ***** the owner and told me he was not there 5 mins later ***** came out of the back screaming at me in front of customers i was lied to 4 time in ************************************************************************** let them do the work So i told them to do the work and left 10 mins last ****** called me and told me to come back and get my truck cause ***** did not want to do bussiness with me And being an owner of a company you would not come out of the back screaming at me in front of his other customer as a business own my self i would have never done what ***** and his employees have Please if you dont want to be lied to and save yourself the headaches DONT DO BUSINESS WITH PARKER FOUR WHEEL DRIVE

    *****, your own wife warned you at our front counter not to approach us aggressively if you wanted your vehicle repaired. You also charged back your payment the last time you had work done at our shop, effectively stealing from us. After 4 days of your relentless attempts to reach the owner and the owner's daughter for the express purpose of trying to obtain a discount, on top of your constant interruptions of our work flow and processes, we decided you are not our customer. We do not feel the need to defend anything in your review. Our decisions were based on qualifying you as a customer, your constant interrupting of our work flow, and in fairness to the rest of our customers who pay the fair price we deserve for our work. We were all there and ***** did not scream. He was simply strong and direct. May I suggest a good therapist?

    If you are looking for an honest mechanic to get your vehicle done in a timely manner without breaking the bank THIS IS NOT THE ***** TO GO! In fact, you will be lucky to get 1 of those 3 things from this disorganized business with lack of customer service. I have been dealing with Parker Four Wheel Drive for 5 months now after my original estimate was 1 week to work on ************ price estimate was $6,000 and not once in the first 2 months did they call me asking to continue with the process when they knew they were going way above that. I also never signed anything saying to proceed with any additional work above $6K. When they said my truck was finally finished, I was slapped in the face with a bill that was more than $11,000. I was not provided with an itemized list of parts or prices before they asked for the $11K. I drove my truck for less than a week before it broke down again 4 hours from home. After all that time and money they could still not do their job to fix my truck. I took it back to them to have them fix their mistakes and they told me they would need to now rebuild my engine. They said they would do it for free because of how much money I already spent there as if that was a favor they were doing for me when they know it was because they messed up. My truck is still there and I have called every day for the last 2 weeks trying to get answers about my trucks status. No one there can return a phone call or give me a straight answer. 3 weeks ago the owner lied to me telling me my truck is being worked on but parts are taking a while to get here and that is the reason for the delay. Last week one of the managers told me that they hadnt even started pulling my engine to know what parts were needed. I must add, when I brought my truck back the second time they told me it would be 3 weeks and it has been over 2 months now. This money hungry business is full of liars and therefore I have told all my friends and family to stop going here.

    I went in to have the shop look at everything that was wrong with the undercarriage of my truck. They gave an estimate that included a few suspension parts, and an evap and oil cooler leak. In short, this is everything the shop messed up. The evap hose was cracked going to the valve, which was not repaired and in plain sight and they didn't install the valve correctly. If they had performed a leak test on the system, they would have found the issue. They did not verify the problem was fixed. The *** wheel speed sensor was pinched behind the * bolts of the leaf springs and shorting to the ground. *** was engaging randomly and I had multiple issues stopping. I called the shop and was told that it was "ok to drive with the lights on and bring it in whenever I had a chance, it was not urgent." The skid plate under the truck was about to fall off whichwas causing the noise I mentioned to them at the initial intake and was not addressed. The outer tie rod ends should have been replaced while they replaced the inners because the outer tie rod ends had badly cracked boots. The clock spring was noted as being broken which has impacted the trucks horn and electrical; both were working before the truck was brought in. A broken clock spring is a sign of an alignment being done incorrectly. My truck overheated and the shop claimed it was the serpentine belt; per two mechanics that looked at my truck they cited it was related to the oil cooler repair and they felt this shop lied to cover up faulty repairs. I asked for a specific breakdown of what was done to my vehicle and they were unable to provide details of the cost of parts, labor, and specifics of what was done to my vehicle. There are so many issues that were not addressed or created by taking my vehicle to this shop. This shop employs incompetent people who do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility for bad work and have zero regard for people's safety.

    Took my **** ram in for ball joints and any other front end issues that needed attention, and replace a front crank seal. After 2 months, I picked it up to find a missing radiator shroud, the truck wandered all over the road(they either didn't test drive it ,or they don't care) ,so i had a different reputable shop take a look and the retainer nut for the ball joints were overtightened to the point that they were literally pulling the nylon insert's out of the new joints. Also had a bad steering stabilizer that was bad- wasn't inspected. Wont go back, would not recommend. One star for ***** (owner) for attempting to save this situation.Too far gone.
