I am a District Superintendent helping churches across ********. The church at ************** (CVMI) has paid $20,000 to an HVAC contractor (***** ******** - Technical Heat, Air, and General Maintenance), and is not receiving the goods or services promised. As I have been brought into this situation, I have found that the contractor has a long history of issues and delinquency. A cursory search of Mr. ******** shows that he has run multiple business (HVAC, adult care facility, Right Way Foundation non-profit, etc.). Most of these seem to be in delinquency. CVMI is a church made up mostly of African immigrants, and I am afraid Mr. ******** is simply taking advantage of them. I cannot imagine how many others he has done this too. I also cannot imagine him actually running an adult care facility. State ID numbers that seem to be associated with him: ***********; ***********; ***********; ***********. Further, here is information regarding his "adult care facility" from ************************************* - ***** ******** is a provider established in **********, ******** and his medical specialization is ************** Facility with a focus in adult care home . The healthcare provider is registered in the *** registry with number ********** assigned on April 2016. The practitioner's primary taxonomy code is 311ZA0620X. The provider is registered as an individual and his *** record was last updated 8 years ago.I do not believe we will ever see the $20,000 returned to the church nor do I believe Mr. ******** will install the A/C units as contracted. This is very detrimental to this church. Mr. ******** needs to be stopped from taking advantage of people, and needs to be held accountable for this fraudulent behavior.
