Started in March of 2022, when i received a letter from Alcock Lawe Group. The letter stated that I owed over ***** dollars. When i looked at my *** account it showed ***** was due. So, I emailed ***** and stated that the account shows that that I owe ***** and i would pay that amount on *********** day. I took that amount in and dropped it off. April comes around and i am still locked out of the account. I emailed the ************ trying to see why the account was still locked. At this time, I emailed ***** yet again and this is when she tells me that the rest of the money was for her fees (never stated this the month prior). when i asked what the Fees were for, she said they had to send a letter (almost 400 dollars for a letter) so I told her that has to be the most expensive letter ever. I had a consult around this and i was told to get am itemized list of all charges which to this day i have yet to receive. Fast forward to this Month ***** sent something to my bank and took not only money out of my account but my 16-year-old daughter as well. called her office and then her assistant said all communications through email. So i sent her an email stating that i don't care about the money taken from my account, and that i want the money taken from my daughter returned. ***** sends me a letter that's all. will not respond or anything. Not only this total balance from the last thing i received was ***** dollars. took ***** from my daughter's account then 465 from my account. They also started a garnishment that was sent to my employer. I need assistance because they locked me out which has prevented me from paying the *** and now, they are taking money to the point we can't live right. i need assistance with getting her moner returned

The Complainant is a defendant in a lawsuit. That is ********* for this dispute, not here. We will not respond further.
