This company has lied, manipulated, failedto fulfill their contract, and essentially commit fraud and a scam! My elderly mother, who works full time and who cares for my older, significantly disabled brother, entered into a contract with Home Design Exteriors - they failed, beyond belief, to follow through the terms of the contract and complete the work. My mother has been emailing **** (owner) at Home Design Exteriors since before October 20, ************************************************************** all those emails, she has received NO RESPONSE whatsoever from **** or the company. The company failed to install patio doors, and completely ghosted my mother. They have left an elderly woman and disabled man in a very hard situation, and it is clear, they have no intention of completing the contract. The won't respond, have terrible customer service, and seemingly are trying to scam my mother. They feel that if they don't respond, she will go away. That is not the case and I will be seeing this through until there is resolution. It is unethical beyond belief to do this to any individual. I will add, the company did respond one time and say they would finish the work and give her a $1000 discount, but then have not responded to her 4 follow up emails. We have that in writing, and obviously, ****, Owner, and Home Design Exteriors (a local company) is hoping to not honor that and simply ignore her. I am looking forward to receiving a reply to this review.

**** was quick to come our and take our order for replacing every window in our house and adding a bay window in the kitchen. That was the only easy part. It took a very long time to get our windows installed. Our order was "lost in the cracks". Sound like they use this line a lot. After finally getting windows installed we had an issue with the bay window. **** does not respond to any calls, emails, or texts once the installation process is finished. Our bay widow has leaked from day one. That was over 2 years ago and we are still trying to get a response. **** did finally come out this past September to look at our windows and our neighbors windows which are also faulty. It has been almost 4 months and neither of us has heard from him since. I have texted multiple times and left numerous voicemails on both his phone numbers. **** chooses not to respond. It has been a very frustrating process. Do Not *****************
