    stole my money i am a 91 year old on a limited income and they tried to put me in the s***** looking apt and wont return my money

    The applicant was made aware of the application process refund process while completing our online rental application.

    The applicant applied and was approved on 11/2 and was schedule to move in on 1/15.

    The applicant the stated on 12/5 they will no longer be moving.

    Per the application that was sent to all parties after the application was complete and notices were acknowledged on 11/2 included the information regarding a refund:

    4) Withdrawal before approval: If you or any co-applicant withdraws an application or
    notifies us that you've changed your mind about renting the dwelling unit, we'll be ***********
    retain all application deposits as liquidated damages. The parties will then have no further
    obligation to each other.

    I am rejecting this response because:   they could have at least  gave my deposit back that they  took in order for them to give me a key to checkup on my 92 year old mother. I could understand the keeping my mom  application fee but they have no compassion for   anyone   not even those that can not afford to lose  the extra   150  they keep from me a  permanently    disabled *******   vet.

    The applicant acknowledged and submitted the application AFTER they were made aware of the refund process.

    We cannot issue a refund when that applicant acknowledged refund processes prior to submitting the application.

    I am rejecting this response because:  when my mom finally saw the type of apartment she'd be moving in   she  was flabbergasted so she decided to go back to *******.  I was also charged 150 dollars  for application even though they knew i wasn't   moving in . they charged me just i get   access to the apt to check on my 92 year  old mom  who is a war widow   and i am a permanently   disabled  ******* vet   both on fixed incomes.
