    Hi! I am an 80 year old disabled Vietnam veteran. I am on a budget. My lawn mower broke and I shopped around for the best price. I purchased a lawn mower at ***** and spent $400+. The lawn mower will not work. I took it back and was told that there are no returns or refunds rather they took the lawnmower and said they would send it off to Pueblo Colorado to see if they could fix it. if they couldnt then they would work with me to give Me another lawnmower. They made an adjustment in the lawnmower and called me back to the store but still the issue persisted. The manager, ****** said that the lawn mower even pushes slow on the cement. Obviously defective. It will take over 6 weeks to fix, if it can be fixed. I spent a lot of money to have no lawn mower. 3 trips to ***** and I do not live close to the store. How can a business operate by not offering a return or new replacement product when the existing product is obviously defective? Please help me get my money back. Big R has the lawn mower. No one should be expected to buy a new product and then NOT have it work.

    ******** sent this unit to service center on 9/2/24. The mower was serviced and sent back to ******** on 9/9/24, arriving at store on truck a few day laters. Mr. ***** picked up the unit shortly after it arrived back in the store. There was no charge for the service. **** helped Mr. ***** at the time the unit was picked up and they assisted him with loading the unit and let him know to keep us posted if any future issues. **** and Myself both spoke with Mr. ***** 9/25/24 and the unit is functioning properly, and he is satisfied with the unit. Mr. ***** does not want to pursue a return of the unit at this time.
