    We agreed $3000 to refinish my garage with a door and window I told him I have to make installments he said ok so to date I paid him $2000 for garage. then I ask him to put a small patio in the back of the garage he said $500 and I paid in full Porch is not finished and I gave him most of the materials needed only thing he did was 2 post that's all . Before this day I was paying him as soon as I can it $400, $300, $300 then On 2/26/2024 I gave him $1000 payments for garage totaling $2000 leaving bal due $1000 The next day he text me 7am telling me that I lie to him ,he said I told him I can pay in full at end of the month but I did gave him $1000 at end of the month I never promised or lie to him about the payments , so he claims he needs money to buy materials I told him what I pay you so far you should be able to get materials then he said what about his labor then I said I will pay the balance when he finish the job, he made a big deal how i lie about the payments but no i didn't lie i paid $2500 cash $500 for porch $2000 for the garage . Then came to the house aurging with me he took the door that I pay for it and claimed is his he cut the lock to get in the garage wanting his lights I have no idea what he is talking about and he also took all the screws and accessories that I paid for. Porch is paid in full but it's not complete ok Garage I paid him $2000 not even close to starting only thing he did was framing that's all. I wasn't going to give him the last payment then he might take off I will never see him again I wasn't going to be stupid that is when cut the lock to the garage door took the new door and accessories I paid for it that's my , then he continued to leave with my stuff . That's last I heard from him.I am a 65 year old woman and on the fixed income I can't afford to lose my money. It was pretty bad how he just push me away as he walk by me. I want to fill a complaint against him because I don't want him to do the same to other people. His name is ***************************.
