            I shattered my ankle at work and was taken to Parkview Medical for surgery back in June of 2021 under ********* comp would.have covered all the bills I had hardware put in ankle and in Feb of 2022 I had issues with ankle hardware had to be removed had to go back to doctor *********** at Parkview Medical on Feb 23rd 2022 only *********** they want to bill me on this *********** again this is still under ********* comp I call Parkview Medical billing and tell them this was ********* comp and they say oh sorry we will fix this keep in mind all doctor ************ I have had in the past they would bill me and I would call billing and they always have fixed that billing error they made. This time I am not getting no where funny one doctor *********** out of many they want to keep billing me for that one now they have sent it to collections again this is under ********* comp this is not on me check your records all visits were paid from ********* comp not paying for this service as I got hurt at work they need to do there job and get this corrected and pulled off my credit report as this is there error as they have sent me a bill every time I have had an *********** there but never for surgeries hmmmm weird on that one I have had there come on Parkview Medical do better get your billing straight.
