    My name is *************************, and on 10/28/22 I attempted to get my Welbutrin (anti-depressant) refilled at JB Pharmacy on Northern. I have had my Welbutrin filled there for the past few months. I was told very rudely that they would not refill my prescription because I had transferred some of my other prescriptions over to Wal-Mart neighborhood market. I was told by the head pharmacist there that I would have to transfer the Welbutrin to "wherever you get your other scripts filled." I was astonished by her response but said ok. I called ******* and a transfer will take 3 days. I am currently out of my antidepressant and need it filled today 10/28/22. This, in my opinion is retaliation through withholding my medication. Going 3 or more days without my medication is not good for my mental, or overall health. I called JB pharmacy back and asked them if they would refill it one last time and I would transfer after today because I need it to be filled today, but was told to "transfer it" and abruptly hung up on. Please, if there is anything you could do let me know. My number is ************.

    What ************* failed to detail is what lead up to us not filling his medication. The prescription that ************* transferred was a drug that is on national back order. When I contacted ************* to let him know I was having trouble getting the medication, he got rude with me and told me that he would get it elsewhere. He stated that we were incompetent and didnt know what we were doing. He hung up on me and proceeded to get his medication filled elsewhere. This was 2 weeks before he needed his anti-depressant. When he called back, again very rude, and requested his medication I told him he had been fired as a patient because of our previous interaction. He offered no apology for his previous actions. He wanted me to do him a favor after being so rude and hanging up on me, when I was merely trying to let him know what was going on. People like ************* think they can treat others with no respect and have no repercussions. My staff and I work very hard to please our customers and we have no time for people like *************. It was obviously no problem for him to get his other medications transferred...

    My business prides itself on customer service, we have been in business for over 65 years! We have many loyal customers who are very happy. We have customers that have been other places and know how much better we are than a chain pharmacy. I'm sorry ************* is unhappy but he brought this on himself.
