    Made an appointment with me for May 19, 2022 for 8:30 AM. On May 19, 2022 at 8:30 AM I was expecting a home visit from Jeff to work on my computer. That morning I texted Jeff to see if he was going to show up. He texted back that he wanted to work on it remotely. I replied absolutely. He then texted back that he would shoot for 10:30 and I agreed. I told him I was packing for my trip. I later got a phone call from the secretary on rescheduling. Jeff showed up late and took my hard drive to his office and back it up. He told me at that time he was going on vacation and would he had a final appointment at 4:30 pm. I called him around 5 pm to see if he was coming out. He texted back that he could not. I had to call he did not tell me of the status. He never left a business card. He told me by text that he was sorry for the mistake on his end and that he had me on the schedule for when I got back. He texted back that he had me scheduled upon my return from trip Wednesday the 15 shoot for 10 AM and that UT would get me in. I do not know what UT meant. He added but I will. I texted him trying to confirm the appointment for the morning of 15th of June. I texted is this set up with your assistance? He replied Yes it is. When I realized he was not going to show up I raced to my full time job. On the way the secretary called and began making excuses on top of excuses on how he was much to busy to keep my appointment. I told her to please just have my computer brought back to my house and forget everything. She then began arguing with me on how she was going to invoice me on the time spent working on my computer. I retorted that because of being stood up on my appointments I have been kept from working for my business. And nothing had been resolved. On Wednesday June 15, 2020 at 10:17 AM I called more than 6 times and I kept getting no answer.
