Awful company. Terrible customer service. Im completely disgusted with the way I was treated today. We had an appointment scheduled for today for before noon that we had been waiting two days for. I called to confirm our appointment at 10 am and they informed me they werent coming because of the weather. Not even a call. The weather isnt that bad and we do live in ******** (they are a ******** registered business - explains a lot). I then called Mile High Locksmiths and they sent someone within the hour who communicated effectively, didnt whine about the weather and did what they committed to. They also charged less than these clowns who were rude and hung up on me. They are not to be counted upon. I see by their reviews that they have done this to many other people. Very unprofessional and they lack integrity.Review from Robert F

This company preys on people in difficult situations. My daughter was locked out of her condo. She called the first company that showed up on her ****** feed. They would not provide upfront prices, and when they arrived they quoted her a price of $185. She thought that seemed exorbitant - considering the amount of time and effort that went into this service but paid it anyway. Afterward, she called around and found several other locksmiths that would do it for about half that cost. In my experience that was extremely high, since I had had my entire house recently rekeyed for about $100, When I called to complain that my daughter was taken advantage the manager called me a **** ***. I told him that I felt this price was too high and he accused me of trying to extort money from him. I hold him that I would be filing a report with BBB and that Colorado Attorney General - he said he didn't care. So here it is.
