Our salesperson **** ******* was friendly, exceptionally patient, and helpful during multiple visits, as we mired through the refrigerator and microwave options at Appliance Factory. He was well informed about the features of the many products and went the extra mile to get us any additional information to help our decision. He assisted us in considering new and open box models and allowed us ample alone time, yet was always checking in and attentive. His explanations were thorough and we felt he was invested in helping us find the perfect appliances for our needs. We had been to many of the big box stores but felt we had an enjoyable experience with **** at A.F.

****** and ***** at the ****** sawmill location were so helpful and efficient, great prices I definitely recommend.

Just had a washer/dryer combo delivered. I paid an additional fee for delivery and setup. The delivery person said everything was working, but when I put a load of clothes in the dryer the dryer does now spin. I IMMDDIATELY called the store only to get voice mail. I drove out to the store and told them of the problem. They said they would contact Whirlpool repair about getting if fixed. The salesman told me when I bought it that if I didn't work, they would send out a different unit. Basically I was told ..."too bad ... so sad ... we have your money."EXTREEMELY POOR CUSTOMER **********************!

These guys are awesome. We got screwed over by another retailer and Appliance Factory worked with us to get next day delivery so we could have a fridge before Thanksgiving. Their communication was great and the sales *** who sold us our fridge followed up with me every step of the way all the way until the fridge was installed and working.Going here for all of our future appliance and mattress needs.

These guys are always my first stop! The Silverthorne Colorado store is small and the personalized service is exceptional! I dont have to know anything because they do and help me make my decisions

We Bought a washer and dryer with ****** and ****** today. They were simply amazing. They need a raise. They are very good at their jobs. Thank you guys so much. We will be back.

For starters, if you don't want to read all the details, skip to the end for a very brief review.They said they would give us a day to decide if there was anything wrong with our microwave or electric stove. We didn't open the boxes immediately because we were in the midst of a kitchen remodel and our installer didn't come. When the we and the contractor opened the microwave box, we found that the microwave was just tossed into a box with the parts and some parts were missing. We had been told that their appliances were new, but blemished in some way, which was ok with us, but this was a mess. They insisted that it was bad, but we couldn't exchange it. They corrected the problem, but only when our kitchen remodel contractor called the store for us and insisted they do something or he would let his customers know what they might expect from ************************************************* stove has had problems since we bought in February 2024. Using the oven tripped the breaker. We had the Frigidaire factory authorized repairman take a look and he said there was nothing wrong with it. We called an electrician; he replaced the circuit breaker and we still have problems with the oven. Given the treatment we had with the microwave, I wouldn't be surprised if bought the stove damaged. Besides the oven problem we cannot use the grill function. The front burner and the "bridge" work together but the back burner is spotty. No using the nice stove top grill we bought. Also, we found the same stove at ********** for about the same price.The salesman seemed ok, but the management/owner of the store does not care about anything but pushing product out of the store. They were lowdown shysters.
