            1 is too high of a rating for this chaos.Have had 2 no shows for appliance installation. I've spoke with Lowes and CRST...no one seems to know the answer as to the problem. Ordered all kitchen appliance from Lowes Oct 3 2024..now Dec 6 and still NO oven install!! Lowes apologizes, but that's not really consoling me at this point. Go someplace that does not use **** for installs!!

            This company is contracted thru Lowes for installing microwaves. They have poor customer service and cannot seem to resolve problems. They point fingers at local store. They install wrong product and call to remove it and bring another one that is not in box or contains correct insides. They are messy and dont clean up after they drill holes to install both microwaves. I have been trying to get this resolved for 6 weeks since I made this purchase. I keep getting run around. I have driven to the Lowes store at least 5 times and numerous calls to try to get this taken care. They were supposed to call me tonight for window of time for tomorrow but that had not happened. They have told untruths(which I consider to be lies). I will visiting the Lowes store tomorrow. the store manager could not get them to schedule this and was told that only customer can call. This is also an issue. No stars!

            I bought a dishwasher from Lowes and yesterday 9/23/24 was my install date the showed up and neglected to turn my water off and flooded my kitchen and basement I submitted a claim through Lowes and now crst is denying the claim has hung up when Lowes and ourselves try to reach out to them now I have to foot the bill to have water mitigated and to have my drywall replaced mine you I have surveillance cameras and have my son running out to grab our shop vac and running out to tell the other employee to turn the water off I will be getting an attorney and filling charges for this
