I purchased auto parts from a supposed seller on ******** (supposed name, ***** *****) and paid for the parts via ***** Pay, including shipping. The next day, I received a message from Premium Freight Forwarders with a tracking number. The day after that, I received an email from Premium Freight Forwarders saying they required a $300 refundable insurance deposit before they would deliver my goods. I contacted the seller of the parts, who insisted this was not a scam and said he would pay $150 towards the supposed insurance deposit, but refused to provide any evidence of such. I then started receiving text messages, supposedly from Premium Freight Forwarders, trying to pressure me to send $150 via Apple Pay to some other number, but they refused to provide me the name of the person to whom the Apple Pay number supposedly belongs. When I offered to send a check instead, they told me they cannot accept a check. They then threatened to charge me storage fees for car parts that were likely never delivered to them in the first place. To that end, the seller (supposedly ***** *****) has taken down his ******** **** (seems like a fairly obvious scam to me).

GN Auto Parts scam people by accepting payment which includes insurance. They use Premium Freight Forwarders who then contacts you once they receive the package and demands $200 refundable insurance or they hold your package ******. Quite the scam. My fault was thinking this was a legit business and sending them funds thru Venmo friends and family. The original business was on ******** and now they are gone. My $500 package is supposedly with Premium Freight Forwarders who will not ship my package until I send them insurance money, supposedly refundable after delivery. This is completely messed up of a company to ****** your goods.
