    This is for their service ****** customer service failures, failures on warranty, not the sales ***** Car bought 2023, under full warranty and full package which includes repair of minor scratches in first year. Call in July and transferred to service ***** voice mail 3 times 1 day, 4 times the next. By the end of the day, voicemail full. No calls back ever. Call again and ask receptionist who says "I will tell them you are live and on hold" Put on hold for 42 minutes. Service **** never picks up and receptionist never comes back either. SO I email the manager and request help getting a response. He totally ignored my email, made no effort to effect customer service and given how he manages the service ****** and how he manages his email, he is over paid. Warranty costs money as part of the original purchase and is a valid contract for services to the buyer. Refusing to honor is a breach, bad faith and just looks lazy and dumb. DO not bother with the dealer

    I went in to purchase a vehicle from Foundation Kia in April 2023. While purchasing the vehicle, I was sold two different warranties that I was unaware of at the time of purchase. The reason I know about these warranties is because I was recently sent copies of my electronic signature on two different warranties that I did not sign myself and was unaware of. My signature was signed electronically by the company. On these forms, there is also incorrect information involving specific dates and information about the vehicle. According to the dealership, I am still expected to pay thousands of dollars for these warranties. The biggest complaint that I have is that this company was not transparent, professional, or honest with me about what I purchased.Since April, I have contacted five different people with this company. I have discussed the issue, how I expect to be refunded for these warranties that I did not sign for and they have refused to resolve it. I have called this company every month since April. Every time I have called, it has taken them several weeks to get back to me. On top of that, I have been into the company to discuss the issues in person. This has still not resolved the full extent of what happened. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of this situation and my experience with the people within the company. I do not recommend this company or working with the people at Foundation Kia.

    Sent my car there after it was stolen since they had a body shop on site. Picked up the car & was told body shop closed 2 weeks b4. They had had the car 4 almost 2 months. O.k. now the window they replaced won't work. Took it 2 my shop & was told gasket needed 2 b replaced..should have been done at Foundation. When the car was there I couldn't get calls returned..even service manager didn't return call. When I tried 2 make an appt 2 repair I was told 2 week wait..I asked 2 have my service person call me..no call..was when I took it 2 my repair shop.

    This has been a nightmare since we got the car, we walked in knowing what we wanted, the rep spent 5 hours trying to upsell us, and once we refused we sat an additional 3 hours, they lied and tried to sneak an additional 5k on the car. They gave us the run around about financing with them when we already had our loan through our bank. Fast forward 2 months, the car was broken into, we called and told them we had the theft plan and we needed it towed, we were told we had to pay an additional $750 for a drug test before they could even come get the car, which turned out to be not true two weeks later. Now we are being told we have to reach out somewhere else to have them fix the car oh and that place cant get us in for another 3 weeks. The car was broken into dec 7th. I still cant get the manager to return my phone calls and I get hung up on EVERYTIME I tell them that the info they are giving me is not what we were told 3 months ago. If I could give the car back, I would most certainly drop it right back off. This was awful

    I had a horrible experience with this dealer. The two main problems were that they would not allow me to use my own financing to purchase a vehicle and they ran an inquiry on my credit report without my authorization. Both of those actions are highly unethical and not a business I would ever want to work with. Even prior to that interaction they had been very uninterested in helping me with my new vehicle order. I only received updates when I called them. When we walked into their dealership nobody greeted us, which is super unusual for this type of business. Too many red flags so we decided to walk away from the deal. I also filed a complaint with the attorney general.
