  On 5/12/2022 my husband went into Black Jack Pizza and ordered a large Western BBQ pizza $16.11 and 16 pcs hot wings $20.49 total should have been $36.60 he was charged $49.95, the pizza and hot wings were both under cooked we used the air fryer to fully cooked the food but also, I called the following day spoke to "****" to to inform them of the issue and that I would like a refund for the pizza but not the wings because the wings were edible but the pizza had to be discarded and I also asked about the overcharge for the food **** asked why I did not come back on that night I told him I have COVID and could not come and my husband just got off work when he ordered the pizza and did not want to drive back to the restaurant. **** apologized for the undercook food and stated he would refund the entire amount of $49.95 and apologized for the overcharge amount. Three days past no refund I called spoke to **** again and he apologize again and stated the refund would be there in 2-3 days I waited no refund I called again and this cycle repeated for 2 weeks I visit the store on 05/26/2022 **** was out but a worker phoned him and the moment he realized it was me seeking my refund he told me he is not refunding my money and he didn't care if I didn't like the food there wasn't anything I could about it and he was busy tending to 3 stores and do not have time to deal with me asking for free food or money that I will never get. He and I argued over the phone and I eventually left I even asked him if one of the worker could give me something in place of the ***** I was overcharged and he told me no I wasn't getting anything from him and anybody else **** is the General Manager of Black **** and I am expecting something to be done about this kind of behavior as I plan on reporting this place to the health **** as none of the workers had on face masks, no gloves when prepping the food yes, I was able to walk in the kitchen the entire store is filthy & hot
