    The owner Tim is rude and nasty … i spoke to him once he got the assignment for my house he seemed nice and they showed up on the day of moving quoted however they came with a small truck claiming the couldn’t get the rack to trailer down and that would of been fine is i was told about it prior when booking with Brandon which I wasn’t , it was never mentioned regardless whether i would need it or not and the amount associated with it . Once i was told they mover called Tim and which he was yelling and being rude and stated he didn’t have to pick up anything if I didn’t agree. Once the things left they were being transferred to a bigger truck so they stated ,$300.00 more on top of the over 2700 cost. They picked up on Wednesday the 23rd. Coming from *********** ** ******* they arrived Nov 11th. Everyday I asked Tim when he was leaving and got told in a few days , every call leaving Monday , then leaving in a few days again , leaving Monday another call, until i got a call saying he left . Make this whole situation make sense. Then he finally shows up and the boxes look like the went through a flip over … boxes all damaged and folded in and the boxes that read glass as well.. i have pictures … memories from loved one who passed all gone and presents from friends gone… anything glass mostly broken even my kitchen grill broken. I called to report it to Tim he says they isn’t a reimbursement for things unless we pack it… so yeah choose who you have move your items wisely even if BBB rates then do your own research of complaints

    I requested both packing and moving services for my studio apartment. They assigned the packing to one guy, and after 90 minutes (of packing only three shelves), he told me that unless I was willing to pay overtime, this would be a 2-day job. They would pack the truck, lock it overnight, and deliver my belongings the next day. This was completely unacceptable and never mentioned to me as a possibility when I booked the company. I told him to stop packing and to focus on moving the large items out since I needed to move to be completed the same day. My belongings were thrown loosely into boxes and damaged during transit. The crew left the apartment and drove to the house with the truck without telling me they were leaving! They left several large items behind. When they arrived at the house, no attempt was made to protect my new hardwood floors, and they were scuffed and scratched in several places. While I was closing the basement hatch doors, the crew left (again without warning -- I came upstairs and they were gone.) They left in such haste that several pieces of furniture still had moving blankets wrapped around them. After a long day, I then had to return to my apartment and clean up the mess they left behind (it totaled about 10 dish packs and 40 bankers' boxes of materials). I ended up hiring some incredibly capable, polite, and efficient gentlemen from TaskRabbit to finish the move for me. I wish had called them in the first place. When I contacted the company, I received an automated email saying they were looking into my complaint. I have yet to be contacted by anyone in management. I believe appropriate restitution would a $600 reimbursement for the additional TaskRabbit movers I had to hire to finish the job. I would be happy to send photographs to back up my complaints.

    Hello. We did service **** ****** move and it did not go as she would have hoped. We did sincerely apologize to her as well as a certain amount of monetary compensation. In the end she sent us an email stating that she did appreciate our efforts to make things right (basically that exact wording) We do also have a release form agreeing that **** **** was completely satisfied and we hope that she would agree. She was a very kind person.
