            I went to the VIP car wash and when it was finished, I noticed the antenna was off. I was nice enough to except the apology but waiting for a response to repair it. I could not believe the employee took electric tape and wrapped my antenna back on! He did not ask, he just thought it was funny. Please people, speak up when you are providing for a business. Professional employers, and their employees would do everything possible to keep their business active. Word of mouth can either make a break B-P relations. I went to explain my concern after settling down. I did not want to cause a scene. I could not believe the manager was behind the counter try to find extra antennas that were behind the register. You cannot put a **** antenna on a ********?!! You can't mix and max and tell me it's not your problem!! When I sell the vehicle, it will come out of my pocket for depreciation. I do not think so. This is awful. Food for thought, if an employee doesn't provide a telephone number to reach the owner. Please go somewhere else. Just be respectful and responsible! Once again, word of mouth/referrals can destroy future public relations/transactions.

            I went to get my car washed and the car wash tore my bumper and instead of giving me a number to call for insurance to take care of it. I was told that it was there before. My car is in like new condition. With very minimal damage. If something was wrong with my car before I would have seen it. The world would have seen it. That is how bad the damage was after it went through the car wash. Now I have. Bumper that could slip out at any time. I reach out to my insurance and they are going to try and get them to pay. However the world needs to know how bad this experience was.

            My son **** went to the carwash on October 10th. He didn’t notice until today that there was a scratch made down the side of his right back bumper, then proceeded to made a gouge to the bottom of his car. He said that he heard the workers pounded on his car but didn’t think to check it out until he went behind his car today. I recommended that he speak with the owner but he is only 18 years of age and not very confronting. The business was closed for the day for me to attempt to call. This appears to be an expensive repair and son is concerned that it will his word against theirs (not knowing if they have cameras). I am just looking for guidance at this point, to see if we can get this repaired.
