    The contracted date was to start the week of 7/23/23 and commence as per contract 2-3 weeks later. On 7 different occasions, the workers did not show up for the day resulting in loss of pay as I had to make arrangements to be at the home. On 4 different occasions, the workers showed up 3-4 hours late. 7/27/23 Kevin notified me that the workers were "pretty much finished" I checked everything and sent Kevin a long list of things that were not addressed. Lack of communication between Kevin B******* and his subcontractor was always present. The biggest issue was the white beadboard paneling was checked the day after install and bulging and coming apart. Kevin was notified by text immediately. on 7.27.23. Since that time there have been numerous cancellations by this contractor. I did add additional painting that took 1/2 day. The paneling is defective and coming apart. I tried repeatedly to have Kevin arrange for his sub "Gil" come and fix the problem. Although Gil was on vacation for one week, he was supposed to come today 8/24/23 to address the issue and once again canceled. Main issues, paneling is bulging and coming apart, see pictures, lockset not taken off, electrical work performed by non liscened non English speaking worker. Rust coming through radiators, Cleaning never done and nails left all over floor. My Dad (89) had to pickup all the nails and vacuum so no one would step on nails. Sheetrock was damaged at the end of the stairs with gouges,

    Spoke with Mrs. ******.  We were working toward completing punch list items at the time this note was posted.  We decided to put together a change order for work not completed.  Thank you for the feedback.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted Jason and spoke at length. I also included to he and BBB all the information sent. He didn't have a record of the over $7300 we have thus paid him on 7/07/23 and I have provided him with that also. He sent me an email that day to say he was looking over the documents and would get back to me with an amount due to me.  I have not heard back from him and sent him another reminder to please send me his document.
