We just had basement water issues dealt with in our 200+ yr old home. It was a challenging and difficult project. Dennis S. thorougly explained what was needed, how it would be implemented and assured us it would be done in a timely manner for the agreed to price. We had anxiety over dust, sound, damage to grounds etc. Dennis assured us that the work crew was seasoned and respectful and responsible regarding our concerns. Vincente and his crew were exactly that. The disruption we anticipated was northing like we'd imagined. They arrived on time and worked long and hard each day ... culminating with a clean up at each quitting time. We wish we had addressed this earlier but it feels wonderful to know it's off the TO DO list. We gladly reccomend American Dry Basements. Well done guys.Review from Kurt S

We just had American Dry Basement install a waterproofing system in our basement. We've had issues with water in our basement and needed a total solution so we can sleep at night and go away without worrying about flooding. Steve T from American Dry came to our house and presented us with what the solution will look like and thoroughly explained the entire process. He also answered all our questions and was always available to talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent professional to work with. Then Wilson and his two-man crew came to do the work and they were all professional, extremely hard working and respectful of our home. They always started early and worked all day long to get the job completed. They wrapped up all items that were still exposed after we cleaned out most of our basement, used vacuums and filters to minimize all the dust and left our basement cleaner than it was before. We highly recommend American Dry Basement Systems and we're so happy we chose them over the others we received estimates from. And their price was more than competitive for what we believe is a much better solution.Review from Laura F

These folks are top notch! My husband and I worked directly with Paul to get this system installed. After years of dealing with water infiltration, not a drop after that! Paul and the entire staff are extremely accommodating and the pricing was the best out there. You won't be sorry. I’m selling my house and transferring warranty! I don’t think you can ask more from a company!! Highly recommend!!

Scheduled an appointment for a free quote. It was supposed to be today 1/23/2024 at 1pm. No one arrived. WIfe called, they said we did not "confirm" the appointment when they called us. They said they called my wife and myself. They did not call, they did not provide any evidence of these calls. Whereas, I can provide evidence they did not call us (I have phone records). When questioned about this lie, they doubled down on it and lied again saying they tried to call us. Then publicly said on Google that I was lying! I'm happy to sue for slander, or they can take down their comment and call to apologize for lying TWICE.American Dry Basement Systems Response

I'm not sure why this homeowner would make such a tremendous effort to bad-mouth our company. We never met, performed a service, or even saw their home. As explained on Google, now here, after reviewing our records, we confirmed that our team made several attempts to reach out to confirm a FREE INSPECTION visit without receiving any response. Our commitment to professionalism and respect in all interactions is unwavering, as evidenced by our diligent follow-up efforts. While we regret any misunderstanding, it seems clear that our communication efforts were not matched. Given the circumstances, we believe it's best to focus on serving customers aligned with our scheduling and communication processes. I hope the homeowner finds solace. He is reflecting too much anger for something that never happened.Review from Jane B

We've used American Dry at two homes. The first was in 2019 when the owner, Peter O'***** completely solved our basement flooding problems. Since their work, there's never been a drop of water down there. In 2023, we moved to a new house to be closer to our kids and grandkids. We called American Dry to assess our sump pump situation. Paul S**** came out to look. Even though he was busy (historic rain that past week), he took the time to evaluate our current system, was extremely knowledgeable, and was patient with all our questions. Extremely satisfied with the work performed by American Dry Basement last September. I've been thru almost a full cycle of seasons since having my drain tile system installed and I'm happy to say I have a dry basement with a system which has experienced some serious downpours which I have confidence in and is backed up by their guarantee. What's even more important is they took the extra time to address all my concerns (technical and otherwise) before and during and the process which was greatly appreciated. Never felt pressured to commit. For any home owner the work involved would be a nail biting experience but American Dry Basement made it as smooth as possible. Thanks once again for a great job. I am very pleased with the work the workers from American Dry Basement performed they were on time did and excellent job by protecting the area they were working one so the dust creating by chiseling the concrete got contain in the area they worked on. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with ADBS from beginning to end! I did a ton of research on other systems and this one just made sense. I had estimates 3x higher from other companies with a much inferior products. My initial consult was with Paul, who was a pleasure to deal with and quickly answered any questions I had afterwards with never any pressure at all to purchase. Juan and his crew did the job in two days and went above and beyond to accommodate. They respected my property and left behind not a single piece of trash.
