Guaranteed Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. They are very competitive in cost and the contract was well executed, very easy to understand and was explained in person by Jeff. A company that I would definitely recommend. A few issues were found during the stripping phase of the roof and quickly resolved. The crew was excellent and very professional. Jeff was extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process. I asked for photos of the whole process, he provided me with an excellent portfolio for my records. The job was completed quickly and accurately. I'm a type A person who likes perfection and knows quality when he sees it. The crew not only did an excellent job, but the cleanup was unbelievable. You would have never known that the roof was every done except for it being brand new and the yard was just as clean as it was before they started. The shingles I used were energy rated and I can tell you they work and work well since we are having some of the hottest days of the year. I have used JPW a couple of times now. They are always upfront with cost and done in a timely manner. As a facilities manager, their paperwork is always submitted on time and correct. Sean's work is excellent. Will use them in the future.Review from Kevin W

Guaranteed Roofing did a fabulous job on the repair needed on our roof by a doghouse dormer. The roof replacement company we used just 5 years ago missed some basic steps, and is now out of business. Jennifer, Tom, and Sean were all very professional, and made sure at every step things were transparent and clear. great company they did a great job they also install a drip edge vent, and the roof looks great, Dilon the crew supervisor kept communicating with me what they were doing, and the progress is crew they are very good workers.my wife was concerned with her flowers they took precautions not to damage them and they cleaned up the yard I highly recommend them ask for Dilon and is crewReview from Katherine E
