    I am filing a complaint with Platinum Esthetics as well as ****** who I financed a class run by Platinum Esthetics. I have been trying to dispute charges with Platinum Esthetics through ****** since I started the course and saw how poorly the instructor was teaching us. The service offered was not fulfilled, the course was not thorough at all and I feel the training that was given was quick and not adequate enough for the skill I was paying to learn. I cannot apply any skill or use this to pursue a career which is what I was hoping to be able to do by taking this class, when I was not taught properly in the first place. I would like all charges disputed and not to be charged for a class that I was not taught properly as a resolution. On January 23,2022 and January 24,2022, I attended a 2 day course with Platinum Esthetics. The course amount was $2,800 which the business owner Tiffany A**** set me up to finance through ******. The advertisement she was promoting on her website was a 2 day course learning how to cosmetic tattoo, mainly focusing on Ombre/Powder brows and Lip Blushing. It also included a complimentary 30 day apprenticeship to bring in clients to practice what you learned. When I attended the course she didn't provide booklets to reference for either of the 2 classroom days. She was not prepared at all to teach a class, everything was rushed. I was surprised when she wanted us to practice on live people the next day after such a poorly instructed teaching. We only focused on eyebrows and we never covered lips. The second day I was shocked when she handed me a signed certificate stating I was certified in ombre/powder brows and lip blushing when 2 days is not enough time to be certified and comfortable in something. She sent us on our way and said everything going forward was basically up to us. When I tried to contact her to bring people in to learn she never got back to me and was very unprofessional. She wouldn't' answer or got back to me too late.

    I provided everything mentioned in my training. the 30 days in a complimentary option which I do not charge extra for. she worked on brow models and was supposed to have her sister as a lip model but she forgot to have her sister take the needed medication prior to the appt so it was rescheduled. The training covers theory of both techniques. the cost is for the full kit, machine and pigments that she received as well as the 2 days of going over the fundamentals.

    I am rejecting this response because as I mentioned in my previous statement the course was not well taught, was thrown together, and was rushed. Again,  I can not even use this or invest in it when I don't even know what I'm doing. I was given the certificate for lips before my sister was even a possibility for me to practice on and as stated in previous statement - lips were not even covered in the two day course. I was not aware that my sister needed any medication before doing the lip blush. Tiffany was always late responding or getting back to me. She told me the day my sister was supposed to come in that she needed to take medication three days prior. So because of that, I was not able to do her lips. That should of been mentioned by Tiffany at the time she was scheduled.

    The Certificate that is provided is for attending the class where theory is taught. The 30 Day complimentary apprenticeship is where you learn more technique because that is when you are able to work on actual people. The student was provided a full kit with all the needed supplies and much more. In regards to the contacting me via text, she could have also called as she and everyone else knows that if I am working with my hands on a clients and receive a text message I am unable to respond until I finish work which varies in time. she is more then welcome to come in for a private training with the 30 day apprenticeship but I cannot refund the entire cost of the training where I will be at a loss of my time that I did invest into her and the other students who have attended the training with no issues.
