  Today I was calling to make a payment with the ****** ******* and the owner Mark answered the phone very unprofessional . As I was asking how do I make a payment he just hung up in my face . So when I called back to ask to speak to the manager he mentioned that he is the owner after that he started threatening my husband.

   Honestly this is a waist of my time.  I did answer this call but what this lady refuses to admit is that I was extremely NICE to her when I told her that I could not help her. That I was not in the office and did not handle this type of business for the company I partner with and that she reached me on my cell phone. I also told her that this was a bad time for me as I was in the middle of a personal crisis . Did not inform her of the crisis i was in the middle of , But made it clear I needed to go....... She would not take that at face value started with more questions I again said that I was not in office and did not handle this type of business for the company in question. Again she started flapping her big mouth at me unhappy that I could not provide her with the assistance she required.... So yes at that point instead of saying some thing rude I hung up the phone... You see I was in the middle of saying good bye to my German Shepard **** (having to put him to sleep for he had cancer) and anyone who knows me understands that dog ment the world to me...... I hung up the phone continued to say my good byes to ****..... As I was leaving after saying good bye to **** this womens husband called me and started on me saying that I was rude and how dare I hang up the phone on his wife. I tried to to defend myself this guy said he would kick my ass I than lost it !!!!!! I did call him female genitalia and told him that I would like to meet him at my shop to get some of my aggression out ..... At my office I told the person who works with me what had just happened and he tried calling this person to settle the waters make piece with him and he started with my helper also saying he was going to get his people and come take care of us.... He than said you sound like you are a black man ??? Which my helper is and what that had to do with anything..... My helper than said come on down pal we are here and I don't think you want any of our smoke !!!!!!! Come down buddy !!!!!! The person never showed up just has been posting stupid complaints on the internet , called the police to complain , Also called the company I partner with to complain . These people are a perfect picture of our future little computer tough guys !!!!! Next time a person tells you they can not help you listen. Your are no one special and do not deserve special treatment !!!!!!!!! People start with this expectation of of another person having to do things that the person who is doing the expecting could easily do them selves through the computer or cell phone they use to do all this ******** complaining on !!!!!! GET A LIFE !!!!!!!!!
