I purchased a **** **** ***** ******** from Prime Wheels and the entire experience could not have been more pleasant. Everyone I worked with from the salesman, "Mo" to the finance manager, Rodney and the owner, Andy all treated me with respect and I left with a great deal, including a two year unlimited mileage warranty, and new tires on the Jeep. Three days after I purchased the vehicle, I had a headlight bulb burn out. They told me to bring in in the next day. The vehicle was repaired at no cost. I did provide the new bulbs. I have purchased many used cars in my life, and usually, I can't wait to get out of the dealership to scrub myself from the experience. Prime Wheels is the exception. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them.Review from Kim K

I would NOT give any stars if possible. Do NOT purchase any vehicles from this fraudulent company. You’ll spend more time putting miles on the vehicle going back and forth to Prime Wheels for them to fix their constant mistakes. It’s to the point where I believe they’re causing more problems with the vehicle in order for the customer to spend more. I believe because I am a POC and FEMALE at that; that they feel they can get over on me. I just received a threatening phone call from A*** who’s the “boss” I guess. He threatened me about going to report them to the DMV and BBB (mind you these companies were NEVER brought in my conversation with a worker there). So here I am reporting them in hopes of someone reading this and saving themselves the grieve and money.Review from Liz A

*** SCAMMERS*** MY SON PURCHASED A BMW FROM THEM AND HAD TO BRING THE CAR BACK SEVERAL TIMES IN THE FIRST WEEK OF PURCHASING IT FOR ISSUES HE WAS PROMISED WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF PRIOR TO PURCHASING THE VEHICLE. EXACTLY 2 WEEKS AFTER HE PURCHASED THE CAR, IT BROKE DOWN. THEY HAVE YET TO GET THE CAR TO TURN ON AND STILL REFUSE TO FULLY REFUND HIS MONEY!! Rating breakdown (out of 5):Review from Suzzette R

I bought a 2012 ****** ****** which was water damage it has electrical problems and ever since I bought the car the check engine light been on now the car is totally damaged. I brought the car back to them to get the problem fixed but my car is still experiencing the same problem now the car isn't running at all.Review from melba r

Sold my son a lemon that never passed inspection. My son had to pay for a new transmission and was later informed the undercarriage was rusted and rotted out. Greedy people just looking for the next dollar, absolutely heartbreaking for a good kid that worked hard for his car. $8000 down the drain. These were the major problems, too many small problems to list.Review from nysti b

horrible bought a car they had in service all week took the car home and it literally soutas if pieces where breaking on the bottom come to find out the problem was the whole bottom was rotted u touch it it turned to dust!! i went to get my money back 6500 and the owner stated i would loose 500 because of the title but the car was not registered i couldn’t take that loss i choose another car that was older then the first one i bought and had to come out a xtra 1000 so 7500 in total the mirrors didn’t work none of the charging ports the passenger seat is broken bad tires mind u i told the owner of these issues and he said he would fix them the mechanic only fixed one mirror the other one is broken and none of the issues was fixed i left the car for a whole day to get fixed and it still has the same issues he stated he fixed i jus want my money back
