Services billed were not rendered causing increased wear on vehicle. Details in attachment.

I am the service manager at Family Ford and I have reviewed the customers service history. According to our records his last visit 5/17/2024 came in for an oil change, tire rotation which includes a multipoint inspection and then also had a transmission flush done. There is nothing mentioned in the invoice about a tire issue on that visit. As part of the multipoint we do check/top off fluids, inspect brakes, inspect tire treads/condition, wipers, battery condition and set tire pressures. As part of that inspection, we did inform the customer he needs 3 tires due to low tread life left on 3 of the tires. Looking back in History to the two previous visits there is also no mention of any tire issues by the customer and on both of those visits we have recommended new tires as well which the customer declined doing, going back as far as 11/02/2023. On November visit the new tire was on Left Rear after the rotation on the Jan 28, 2024 the new tire was on Left Front after rotation, we as a general rule rotate front to back on a tire rotation unless specified otherwise by customer. Then on May new tire was rotated to Left Rear again showing on the customers paperwork we had rotated the tires each time. So I am not sure why he feels we are responsible for tires he has needed since last November and that he has declined each visit with us since then. If you need copies of his invoices I will be happy to provide them.
