    The most recent time I tried to cancel was 11/30 and I spent 1/2 hour on hold and finally got a representative. After providing an unreasonable amount of details (I believe intended to frustrate people so they give up) I was assured I would not be charged any more, after months of trying to get satisfaction. This morning (12/07/24, there was yet another $42 charge to my credit card). This company is deceptive and preys on people who get too frustrated to hold SPLASH accountable. This has to ends. They need to be penalized.

    Splash car wash offered an introductory free month long car wash. I had quality issues with their service so decided to cancel up coming subscription. I canceled about 8 days before subscription ended in person at Splash Car Wash. I was given a receipt for cancellation. I continue to be billed for 2 months now. I have notified my credit card company and filed a dispute. Splash have not been helpful even though I sent them a copy of my cancellation from my in person request. Their reluctance seems vey deliberate and intentional.

    On October 8th our account was charged 47 dollars for an ultimate wash package and this was not the quoted price at the time of purchase. A call was made and the account was cancelled and requested refund. On November 8 another charge for 47 dollars was taken from our account and another call was made. I inquired about the 1st refund that hasn’t been received and then complained about the 2nd charge. I have called this business several times and I keep being told that the refund is being worked on. I called this morning 11/15 and was told a message was sent to a supervisor. It’s now Friday afternoon and I have heard nothing, have not received any refund nor have I received a phone call. I can’t believe that this business would let this go on for this long. I have never had this issue as long as it has been with this company.

    about a month and a half ago my wife brought her ******** at the car wash in ***** **. During the wash the emblem was broken. the manager at the time found the emblem on the floor and promise to have it fixed in no time. 2 week later we find out he was no longer there and my wife filed again a form with a new manager (Donte) since then we called. drove by and called different numbers provided by employees( most of the times we received incorrect emails and phone #) and no answer from anyone. I am very disappointed that as of today we do not have our car fixed. At this point i may need to fixed it myself. This is not a company that knows how to treat client ( i had a monthly subscription that i cancelled)

    On 8/19/24, a Splash Car Wash employee damaged the front windshield camera on my car. I have video proof, but could not upload the video. I showed the video to "assistant manager #1" who was very helpful that day. I completed the form and then sent him the cost and the video of the employee damaging the camera. I have sent him over 10 emails, I sent the Splash corporate office an email, and I recently spoke with "assistant manager #2". However, to this date, I have not received a check. I was told the check was requested on 9/23/24. I feel I am being ignored and they are not responsive to me. Thank you ****** ******

    I visited Splash Car Wash on May 1 or 2, 2024 to cancel a monthly membership fee that was due to renew on May 3, 2024. I filled out a cancellation form and submitted it to the worker. On May 6 I noted that Splash Car Wash removed $35.63 from my bank account. On May 9 (or thereabouts) I again drove to Splash Car Wash, spoke with a person who stated he saw his manager and my membership would be cancelled and account credited. I was told that I should not have been charged and needed to give additional time for that processing. As of today, May 20 - I have not seen the $35.63 returned to my bank account. The attached image is from my bank account indicating Splash Car Wash removed the payment after I cancelled.

    Opened a monthly unlimited carwash membership with the company at the *********** ** location 1/16/2023. I called to cancel the membership 8/2023. I was being billed monthly after I cancelled my membership. After being billed for September, October, November, and December of 2023, January 2024, I was able to escalate the issue (after many phone calls and multiple times of giving my information out) and was speaking with a man named Steve. Steve assured me my information had been taken out of the system and I would not be billed again. He said they would issue me a refund, which they did. Unfortunately, I have continued to be billed. I have been billed February, March, April, May, and now June of 2024. I have tried calling. I have left a message for corporate. I do not/should not have to cancel my credit card due to the company being unable to completely cancel a membership. I would like a complete refund and my membership to actually be cancelled.

    Last week on may 22 around 330 pm I went to the splash car wash at * ****** ***. Or the **** ** in **** ***** ** I paid 11$ they have u drive in and the car wash pushes you through. I put my car in natural as directed The car wash stopped in the middle of the wash and the young man came to my car said don’t worry this happened already this morning. But when I finally got out of the wash my tire was completely flat and the rim was bent. Luckily I had a spare The manager helped me put the spare on but said he’s only the manager and they well have to view the video to see exactly what happened I went back 3 times they did not want to help me or pay for a new tire and rim they gave me a number to call in ******* and I called 3 times left a message each time and no call back. Horrible customer service.

    My husband and I purchased an unlimited plan for car washes. On 5/20/24 I was charged throught my checking account $42.00 for each car - totaling $84.00. On 5/21/24 I called the customer service line to confirm if I didn't use the car wash that month that I would get a full refund. I cancelled it in person at the car wash in ********* *******. He gave me a receipt for one car and I asked to make sure it was for both cars, he said they were cancelled. I gave him two separate receipts when we signed on. It's for two different debit cards same checking account. I called the main company to double check that it was processed correctly. I never received a call back or a refund. I've talk to someone several times and she said a message had been sent that I would get a call back. Never received a call back or a refund. The plan was initially discounted when we signed on then it was raised to $42.00 each car. I want my refund of $84.00.

    05/28/2024 I drove into the Splash Car Wash in **** ****** ** to utilize their free vacuum cleaners. I just was then approached by an employee and he told me that their manager wanted me to pay $5 to use their vacuums because I was not getting a car wash or oil change. I informed the manager that their signage did not indicate such policy and that their signs only indicated where to drive your car for free vacuums. I told him that such demand isn’t legal for me to pay if their signs did not have terms and conditions in order to use their free services. I left and I told them that they have bad customer service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to use their services.
