Terrible! They damaged $3,600 worth of parts (no labor) on 2 outboard motors. Pictures and proof of no damage BEFORE the engine crates were picked up. Both steel engine crates were damaged in their possession and damage to the motors themselves. Damage was acknowledged by the driver in writing and pictures BEFORE the motors were removed from the truck. Claim filed and took almost 4 months to get a response. XPO offered to pay $137.50. These people are hacks! No responsibility in their terrible service. Incapable and incompetent!!!Review from James S

This company was horrible to work with. The delivery drivers were incredibly rude and condescending. They were unaccommodating and inflexible. Told me that they would charge me extra to deliver my package into the garage and that I had to help hand unload my product from the truck or they would leave it in the middle of the road. I plan to escalate this issue. Do yourself a favor and use another provider.Review from Deb O

The driver that delivered to us today was incredibly rude and not helpful. We are a small business and we do not have a forklift - pallet job or even a proper dock. But we do have a small area where we receive incoming materials. He said he could on drop our materials at the front door and could not be responsible if anything was damaged if he had to go further than that. This is not a barn or construction site so dropping of a pallet at the front door just doesn't work. I asked him if he normally delivered to the receiving area or does he always just drops customer pallets at the front door. The experience with this driver left such a bad impression on me and I hope we never to deal with this company again! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! Representation of a company employee!Review from Mike S

XPO is calling us for RXO, and is scheduling for RXO. We have been put off for pick up 5 times. It's been over a month trying to return this. This is an ****** return. It's a freezer. We have a forklift, so any truck will do. All we need is for them to actually show up.Review from Joe S

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Couldn't be worse. Ordered an appliance and it was somehow shipped through these morons. It sat in their warehouse for a week now and they cannot find it or provide any answers of when they might find it, never mind scheduling delivery. This is completely unacceptable. I have no idea how they are still in business based on the reviews I see here. Complete joke ..... but the joke is on me apparently Should be 0 out of 5, because that is what they have done zero!Review from Lynn R

Worst company to deal with and customer service too! Our shipment was delivered to a large company and their pallet was delivered to where our shipment was to go, The driver was told of his mistake, and he said that he would go get our pallet and deliver it. NOT!! Call the terminal and i was told that the driver was spoken to, but it was my problem now to get our pallet to the correct facility! We are hundreds of miles away, yet we got billed and had to pay for a shipment that never made it to where it was to go. We lost time and money getting the freight out of the large company to where it needed to go. I emailed XPO and I was told "thank you for this information." I emailed and called asking that why we needed to pay for their mistake, only to be ghosted! We would NOT recommend this company for shipping anywhere!! The woman that I had spoken with out the terminal in North Carolina was rude and not caring about getting our freight to where it needed to go. She stated that people make mistakes and there was miscommunication but did NOT try to resolve the issue. We had to hundreds of miles away! TERRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Worst delivery Company ever my delivery was supposed to come in 3 days but the delivery date was changed like 6 times in a week. And i am still waiting worst company. ******* *** ****** should not be using this company for shipping.Review from Enid S

Horrible Horrible Horrible Company with an equally HORRIBLE Service. This company is the worst and not sure why **** chose to do business with them. They were supposed to delivery my furnitures yesterday Saturday June 22nd. Waited for them the entire day for them to say that came and could not deliver the furnitures. Someone was home and in the living room all day long. No call no show. I had someone paid to setup my furniture and also had help from out of town and that money and effort went to waste due to their neglect. I was on the phone with these people for hours but no no avail. I was promised a call back and no one called me back. They are super horrible. I moved from out of state and had to pay for a hotel due to this nonsense. All the other companies that delivered to me that day had no issues only this company. I do not advise anyone or any company to ship with them.Review from Richard A

The WORST! Buyer beware. Stay away from this freight company at all costs. There are many better options. XPO consistently loses shipments, especially if/when there are multiple pallets within the same shipment. I'm speaking from personal experience. My business has lost TENS OF THOUSANDS thanks to these clowns! The worst part is that they don't care at all. And if you have to file a claim as I have numerous times? They will drag their feet, challenge every fact you provide and make it as hard as possible to get reimbursed for their mistakes. Terrible, terrible, terrible!
